Ive tried to get help every were. I reset my phone & couldnt get my original account back.

I had to come two nights in a row, as an issue with my iPhone was not fixed the first time, however the crew at geek squad was very knowledgeable and helpful! It was not a bad experience at all! Thank you so much! I highly recommend!

Very unimpressed, Waste of time and money, much better off elsewhere. Chris downs or someone local does a much better job, faster and more affordable as well.

Great service. I do try to call ahead for an appointment. Like that the service people have been the same for many years which shows they are happy with their job. They explain things well, keep you informed and despite the place being very busy... when it is your turn they dont rush you. Highly recommend

Drove 2.5 hoursToday to find out technician called out. No cancellation phone call. Horrible customer service.

Bring your computer or lap top to a local shop where someone cares about your business. Six weeks after paying over $600 to get a $750 dollar lap top repaired it stopped working. Repair warranty is only 30 days. Not only that but the repair process was frustrating.

I enjoy there Bagels. Excellent soups and other food as well as good coffee n tea. Ty. Bagel Central.

Thanks to the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Bangor, in particular Advanced Repair Agent Noah who was extremely technically proficient, professional, and personable. He was patient and persistent, and did all he could to get the job done successfully and efficiently. Without hesitation I would recommend this service to anyone. I am a fan.

Geek squad telephone services are ridiculous! Ppl over there cant even speak french or english correctly and are complete incompetent. I called 3 times to cancel my suscription and im still charged cause they cant even cancel it right. Plus, in case you need your cellphone repair, its a minimum of 3 weeks cause you have to ship your phone by mail instead of bring it to best buy!? Im never gonna use this service again. BY FAR the worst custumers services !

I cant speak highly enough of the highly talented, knowledgeable and professional staff at this store. Two agents in particular that could not have been more helpful are Noah and Lo-Ryan!! These two went above and beyond to help me communicate with Apple over a two month span. If you want tremendous Technical help, I suggest you go in and see them!

The run around to talk to anyone in the Geek Squad by phone is ridiculous! Over 15 minutes of button pushing and holding. Someone at the corporate level needs to change the system. This makes working with the Geek Squad very frustrating. Once you can actually talk to someone they are very helpful. No problems with the people just the system.

Well, perhaps I should not assume paying for Geek Squad actually gives you anything. Needed to by the extra warranty as well...
