The folks at CPR are awesome.They fixed both my Switch and my cell phone within a day but what really wowed me was their integrity. Before installing a new batter in the Switch, they made sure it wasnt any other issues like the charger.Similarly, I asked them to replace my Samsungs charging port but first they checked to see if they could solve the problem faster and cheaper for me which they did. And it ended up costing a third less than expected.

I got my iPhones battery replaced a few weeks ago and I was impressed with how quickly it was done! The technicians answered any and all questions I had; very friendly and helpful. It was definitely worth travelling to Bangor, though I wish there were more stores in the state!

These folks go above and beyond in their commitment to customer service. I brought them my iPad with a shattered screen and was able to pick it up the next day AND their price was a lot more reasonable compared to their competitors. Id use CPR again and definitely recommend them.

Brought in my older IPhone for a battery replacement. They quoted me an hour and it was done within that time, very professional and friendly service. Had taken my phone to Best Buy just before and they were a joke...never again. The price was about what Apple had quoted for replacement, and their location is convenient. Ill definitely return.

I had a cracked screen on my Note 9 and it was called into CPR under my phone insurance plan. Walked in on Thursday and they ordered a new screen to arrive the next day. Fast and well done work. Dropped my pixel 4a and knew it was going to be expensive. They didnt try to push anything I didnt need and were very concise.

Best cell phone repair around. I brought in my phone and explained my issue to the gentleman that was working. The glass on the rear camera of my S10+ was cracked and he had a replacement part for it. The gentleman had me check to see if there was any scratches on the lens after removing the broken glass which I was fine with. there was no scratches on the lens and then he proceeded to put the new glass in place. all within 10 or 15 minutes at a relatively low cost which is amazing. Im highly satisfied with my experience here and I will be returning if I have any further issues with any of my devices.

As the fates would have it, I cracked the screen of my Samsung Note 10+. Luckily when I reached out for advice for local service, I was directed to CPR Cell Phone repair on Stillwater in Bangor. I called Monday to learn more. The person that answered was so helpful and even apologized for the high price for the OEM part. The part was scheduled to be in Friday between 1 and 3. The phone was dropped off at a little after one and back in my hands (with a new high quality protective case purchased at CPR) with a new screen and in perfect working condition. Perfect professional service worth every penny. I found this company with a Google search. I gave them a call because the charge port on my Pixel 3 stopped working. They were able to order the parts and gave then arrive overnight. Really, really glad I decided to go here. My switch lite LCD display broke before I went on vacation. They had never repaired a lite before but decided to take it on anyway which I appreciated and trusted them with. 3 days later my switch lite is done and looking good as new! Guys that work there are extremely nice and professional, also great at making small talk which always makes me feel more comfortable with a place. My switch is my baby so if I leave it somewhere when I go out of town, you know I trust them! Will be going here in the future for all of my electronic repairs. Would rate 6 out of 5 if I could!

I really enjoyed the owners professional manner when dealing with me. He used proper sanitation techniques and seemed to really know what he was talking about. Normally this would have been a job Id do at home, but I did not want to wait for 2 weeks to get the parts I needed. They had them in stock and I will use them again if I ever need to!

I was ready to drop 1,000 dollars on a new phone when my screen was acting up on my not very old Samsung note plus (10) I was on the phone for maybe a few minutes before they already had a good idea of what it needed. Ordered my parts with a cheap over night option, and within an hour It was like a whole brand new phone. Always fix what I break.

So I took my Motorola Moto E4 in to them to have the microphone fixed, which they did, and when I got home that same day, for some reason I had no cell phone reception or data signal out at my house, so I called them on my mothers phone, and they told me to bring it back in to them and theyll fix the problem, and they did exactly that, they replaced the charge port board three times to see if that was the problem, but to no avail, so I had my cell phone mobile provider send me a brand new SIM card which I had CPR put in my phone, but not even a couple of hours later, I still didnt have any signal, so they contacted US Cellular (my mobile service provider) and US Cellular told CPR that it was probably a bad SIM reader and to remove my phones hard drive from the body the bad SIM reader was in and put it into a new Motorola Moto E4 body and see if that works, I took my phone into CPR earlier today and they removed the hard drive from the old body and put it into a new Moto E4 body and when I got my phone back, it was like the phone was brand new (minus the factory reset of course), I got home about an hour ago (where before, I was unable to get any reception or signal) and it works like a charm!! I called CPR to thank them for everything they did to help me, and I told them; I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know. They of course, apologized for all the problems and I told them; Its alright, stuff like that happens all the time, but Im glad you helped me fix everything. This whole experience was my first time as a CPR customer and although it took a little bit of time, Everything is all good now and Im happy to see my phone is working properly again! Couldnt have been happier with how easy and quickly my wifes iPhone 6 screen was replaced.Dropped it off, went to another store to pick something up. As I was about to leave I received the call that the screen was already fixed and working (maybe fifteenth minutes from when I left Cellular Exclusive).Reasonably priced and great customer service.This was the closest repair shop to us and I traveled from Bar Harbor.

Friendly staff along with a timely, quality repair

I was very happy with the folks there. Don had people waiting in the parking lot and opened a few mins early. Which is 1000 percent better than the typical, we see you but its 2 mins before we open so we are just gonna stand here and stare at you through the glass culture we are surrounded by. Plus a bonus....they know there stuff. Be Careful not to go to the computer repair place that says we also do phones in he same strip mall. Its the one facing wallmart in front.

Nice people and very proficient at attending to your needs in a timely manner. Only complaint is my front camera was cracked/scratched im assuming during the glass repair process. Also the speaker at the top of the phone is dented in a tiny bit. The phone still works as it should so its nothing Im to concerned with. But just be cautious of any mistakes that may happen. Overall they got me in and out within the day and actually squeezed me in so I didnt have to come back another day.(Edit) Im rating one star due to the response I got. The service was good but apparently they can not take criticism. I do understand if I brought the phone back they would have addressed the damage but as I stated it was a mistake and I was not concerned I just want others to be aware accidents do happen and they should check their phones over just in case. I do not discourage anyone to go here as they are decent people and willing to work with you.

Cellular Exclusive is a great business, willing to go the extra mile for you to fix your mobile device, console, and many other electronics.The first time I went, I had dropped my phone into a lake, and wasnt expecting it to work again. I was told to take it to C.E., which I did, and they were able to salvage it for me. Of course, a lot of it had to do with luck, as most people arent lucky enough to have their phones work after having them soak in water for a few minutes- but they were able to get it in working order for me, which was surprising, and a relief for me, since buying a new phone would have cost a heck of a lot more than what I paid.They dont just fix phones, either. The second time I went was to repair my X-box 360, which had all but stopped working. They were able to get it back in shape for a low price, which included both repairs and new parts for the system.Both times I received great service. Would recommend.

Super nice and fix ur phone in less than an hour, but I have broken my phone so easy by just setting it down, they told me they use make shift screens that are not apple. The corners are loose and the screen protector has many air bubbles in it, also the touch screen is as responsive as it has been, good fix if u wanna keep on going back 👌

I had a problem that the official phone company couldnt fix. I took the phone in to Cellular Exclusive this morning and walked out five minutes later with a properly working phone. Total cost: $5.00. They were not going to charge me at all but I insisted on paying something. We settled on $5.00 (which is really nothing). Fast friendly service.

I had got a estimate from Maine geeks on my phone repair, went to the location to find these guys first. Still thinking I was going into Maine geeks. The representative at the desk was annoyed at my questions. Frustrated, I left to find Maine Geeks in the same plaza.... Who would put 2 cellphone repair shops in the same plaza. Maybe if the guy was polite and listened, I would have used them.

To anyone that needs to fix their phone screen, dont take it to cellular exclusive. I had my phone fixed on Saturday afternoon then not even 3 hours later it was broken after setting it down on my kitchen table. Also my phone doesnt scroll correctly anymore, and I cant open some of my apps, it doesnt even register that Im touching them. And I have to shut it on and off because it stops letting me swipe from screen to screen and wont let me type or doesnt stop typing. Then after driving all the way to Bangor from Waterville after a 12 hour night shift to see what he could do he YELLED at me telling me that it was my fault and that he couldnt do anything which you would think that if I cant use it because he didnt do something correctly he would at least be able to look at why its not letting me type or scroll but even then itd still cost $60 without replacing the screen. I highly do not recommend going there. After $120 I still have a broken screen and my phones worse then when I brought it in. This guys a scam artist at most and should be highly ashamed of himself.

I had my iPad screen fixed by them and it shattered for no reason. They refused to give me any kind of compensation on a new one. They told me it couldnt have been them but after taking it elsewhere, I found out that wasnt true. Their greed surpasses their concern for their faithful clients. I had used them for many years but will not be using them again.

A month ago I had my ipad in there to be replaced they vary rude and they did it wrong so the corners are loss and the you push down on it and it cracked so bad the siri Id stuck on. After I paid $200 and the said it would only cost 50. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
