SO SAD!! I have been going to this car wash since they opened and could honestly say it was the very best car wash in all of Bangor. I even gifted giftcards 2 many family members. I went there today and I dont know what has changed but I was so disappointed ... my car came through as dirty as it went in I hope that they do some repairs to get it back to what it was.

Ive had issues with their car wash on more than one occasion with still no reply from a manager after I left a note with my name and number and a description of what happened to my vehicle. The first occasion was quite a while back. The wash just stopped after spraying my car with soap and I had to call the store and ask for them to get me out. I dont believe they reimbursed me at all. The second time was recently and worse than the first. The cashier didnt seem shocked whatsoever when I went inside and told her the whole thing malfunctioned the whole time I was in it and it hit my car, bending my license plate all the way up and ripping the back window wiper clean off. She came out and took pictures, I took pictures. Actually, before she could come take pictures she had to rescue someone who was stuck inside the car wash. Also the back of my car was not even clean it still had dirt and dust even all over it. After that she asked me to write the note and she gave me a coupon to go back through in the opposite bay to clean my car. She told me it probably messed up because the car wash had been really busy that day and just needed to be reset. Now, she had already gone inside the bay of the wash to get another person out so when she told me this after doing so I assumed she reset it while in there. So, I drive back around and see more people going through the same bay I had just gone through. I went through the other bay and it STILL malfunctioned the same way the other had and hit my car once again. There wasnt a wiper to rip off this time but it bent my license plate up again. This happened right before 5 oclock on a Saturday evening. It has been a week and a half since and I have not heard from the managers. Once I have the time to get a new wiper I will definitely be revisiting with a bill.

This is an ok wash. Im not sure why washes in Maine are so shabby compared to washes elsewhere. The undercarriage here is really not that great, like most all washes in the area. A wash could become real popular if it were to have a dedicated undercarriage spraybar installed on a dedicated pump, to really blast ALL of the underside of the car off for at least 30-45 sec. But, like this wash there are not really any Ive found in the area yet, that have a decent undercarriage cleaning system.

Absolute ripoff! The outdated crap air compressor they put outside costs you $1.50 (.50 more than anywhere else) for it slightly cough a bit of air in your tire, which cuts out after 3 measly minutes. The Vacuum cleaners on the same island are $2.00! What a joke! The owner clearly needs to have his head examined to charge such stupid prices for items other places have for much less. Wake up bud!

Since dysarts doesnt sell premium this place gets my business.

Premium gas runs 40+ cents per gallon more here regularily for 91 octane. Across the street at dysarts you can get 93 octane premium consistently for 20 cents a gallon more than regular. Why pay more for an inferior product?
