I have had state farm insurance company since 1997..And there is a reason for that I absoultly love this company megan that works there goes above and beyond her job of I am getting g close to my insurance being late and lapsing she will call me and just give me heads up and we take care of issue right tgen and there I absoultly love her and her customer service skills are absoultly amazing! And Bill I have only talked with him a couple of times but once again he took right care of my peoblwm I had at the time overall this company to me get a a 5+++ amazing

Ive been going through State Farm for my insurance my entire life. My parents have been customers of theirs for over 25 years and they were there when I was going through drivers ed and eventually getting my license. They were extremely helpful when I had my first car accident and made it easier to deal with. When I finally went out on my own for insurance they were my first choice because I know how great they are with their customers. Meagan has known me since I was 9 years old and been there every step of the way to help me. I dont just have car insurance through them, they also are the bank my car loan is through and I have life insurance as well. Bill was incredibly great helping me through the life insurance policies and helping me understand it better.

We have been State Farm customers since 1992. We have had many agents during this period of time and chose to move our policies to where Bill was when he opened his own place because he was so incredible to work with, very personable and kind. My family absolutely loves working with Bill and Megaen. They are wonderful and always attend to our needs promptly, whether we call or email. We have 9 vehicles, home insurance and life insurance, state farm credit card and have also had vehicle loans with them. We have had accidents and they have walked us through the process every step of the way. They are always very kind and helpful when dealing with our teenage drivers and great at putting them at ease with setting up insurance. I want to start out by saying that this is the best insurance company I have dealt with. I switched to state farm in 2012 because of the amazing customer service and outstanding rates. Bill and his staff have treated my family great and treated us fair. I love the fact that I can call one agent and deal with all my questions under one roof. The more coverage that you have through state farm the cheaper the overall rate is. Not to mention if you invest your money in an insurance company that goes under you will lose everything. The issue today is that a lot of people look at insurance as paying money for something that they may not ever use. I even used to think that, but let me assure you that insurance is peace of mind. Knowing that my family will be taken care of in case of an accident whether it is a car accident, house fire, sudden death, disability etc. As for change in staff. I know at least two or three people out of the five or so that have been there since I became a customer; I call and say my first name and they immediately know who I am. Changing staff is a never ending cycle, anyone in business understands this. Did you ever ask yourself maybe they went on to open their own office? Always remember that not everything is as it seems.In closing State Farm might not be for everyone but it is for my family and I am willing to drive over an hour for any meeting they want to have, even with my newborn, because that is how much this agency means to me and my family and how well they treat us.

Exactly whats wrong with America today, another business trying to suck every penny they can out of you. After signing up for auto coverage as a new customer they ask you to come in for a meeting, because they like to get to know their customers. Its nothing but a sales funnel, an hour of someone hard selling you any other product(s) they can! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Rude, bad at customer service, does not follow simple directions,Always someone new, have yet to go in to see the same people. Per some of the people they are not treated well by owner, worst insurance place ive ever been to. Glad i switch companies best decision ever, thank them for that atleast it convinced me to leave to cheaper an better coverage.

I have been with State Farm for many years, and unfortunately, the Orono office cycled through many agents. Ive been working with Bill since he took over the office in Orono in 2013. He is the first agent I fully trust to give honest advice. During a life changing event, Bill took a great deal of his time to thoroughly explain my options for life insurance, as well as home/auto policies. His insight allowed me to see that other companies may have had better rates, but the there when you need us statement just wasnt the same. As soon as I heard Bill was leaving the Orono office, I asked to transfer my policy to his Bangor location. I have never doubted my decision to follow Bill. He and his staff care more about having a happy client than any of the other agents I have dealt with. Whether its a scheduled visit or just a drop in to ask a quick question, I have always been greeted with smiling faces and offers for a coffee or water. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking for an honest, hard-working insurance agent that focuses on his clients needs.
