Abend was recommended by a contractor. I paid 50% of the estimated cost and they were supposed to come to my home to review the job. They didnt come. They made several phone calls on my behalf. I ended up not needing their services. The owner said theyd reimburse half two months ago then said they they are keeping all $1,500.00. I am going to have to spend more time going to small claims court. They didnt return 90% of my calls about this matter. Dont use them or pay after all the work is done.

We have used Abend Plumbing and Heating on several occasions and have always found them to be fast and courteous. On our last occasion, we were in dire need of getting our two bathroom sinks unclogged and called on a Monday morning (always tough)! They sent a technician out by Monday evening, started the job and found that additional work needed to be done. The techicians were courteous and kept me informed of every step of repair. They were able to come back Tuesday and finish the job. Plus, they worked around my schedule on Tuesday and we are grateful to have our sinks working properly. I know they have a good reputation because my parents used them decades ago when Mr. Abend started the business. Their reputation and customer service speaks for itself. I would highly recommend them!

Abend Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a leaky hose bib for us and removing the hose that had gotten stuck. Whenever you have to call a plumber, youre afraid of what it might cost, but they made the process easy and did the job for a fair price. Their tech was polite and respectful and made my wife feel comfortable when I wasnt there. I would highly recommend them.

Abend Plumbing came out, removed a high end toilet that the previous owner installed that seemed clogged and would not flush. Abend got there super quick, snaked the toilet, unfortunately, it didnt take the first time, but they came back the next morning, very early, (we were still in bed) removed the toilet and snaked it again! They applied our payment from the previous day to the work they did on the second day, and I will tell you it was one of the best plumbing experiences I have ever had. Call these guys, they WILL treat you right!

Crying tears of joy. Abend went above and beyond. They were sent out to me by my home warranty company. They came promptly, worked with my limited schedule availability and kept lines of communication open as they had to make three separate visits - kitchen sink was clogged but apparently the pipes had corroded and had to be replaced.I have AHS Warranty (American Home Shield -which I do not recommend - check out their FB page). Of course, they did not want to cover it. Were coming up with all sorts of reasons why it did not meet their criteria for coverage.Beverly at Abend went to bat for me and after some work, SHE GOT THEM TO COVER THE WHOLE $800 bill!!! If you are looking for a good plumbing company, look no further.
