SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is the worst service company that I have dealt with in my years of practice. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go with a different company even if they are more money. I made the mistake of hiring them and it is has been the biggest frustration in dealing with them.They never provided the proof of service that I need for my hearing and I have to appear again to get a continuance. This is costing my client more money than necessary and myself more work in trying to get a document that they should have provided since day 1.The customer service has been horrible. The manager George I have spoken to on several occasions. One conversation I called at 6:30pm and he answered. I asked for a copy of the proof of service and he told me he could not help me. He was eating dinner and they were open but could not provide that to me. I told him his hours online list 8am to 10pm and he said they were open but only for questions. WTH?! then I called the very next morning to get my proof of service and I called at 10:30AM. He answered again and said sorry they were not open. I said I thought you open at 8 and he said yes but they are not open yet because his staff is late.I could go on and on about the problems with this company but you get the point. Since legal services are very important for your case make sure you hire a company you can trust and is dependable and this company is not that!

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! They stole my money twice. They dont answer their phones. Im not sure even if they tried to serve my paper work they should not be in business. Filing a complaint with the bbb as well. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Worst customer service ever! Sent summons December 30th and havent heard ANYTHING back from these people. Called NUMEROUS times only to been told I would get a call back that never happened. ONE customer service person apparently! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This organization has contacted me for another person that is unknown over 30 times this week, Ive requested to be removed from their list each time.I was just told, when I requested to have my name removed yet again that I was Slow and a dumbass for requesting they stop harassing me.I do in fact have a mental disability and spoke accordingly.I was hung up on multiple times, told that they werent going to stop calling me and that I would have to deal with it until their customer theyre trying to reach resolves the matter with them.I am seeking an attorneys assistance for consumer violations. This is harassment.They stated each time that it takes 24 hours to have my number removed from their list....yet..they continued to say that for an entire week. I will be filing for harassment

I was a contractor for this company for approximately four years. during that time because of the inefficiency of the office staff, I had to repeatedly re-send affidavits of service, which I did without questioning. A couple of weeks ago, George Wyler lied TWICE two his clients about two different jobs assigned to me...the first was about a job which had been served on February 4 and they were notified immediately by email of that service and a return was, again, notarized, and returned to them...while I received an email from Wyler stating the problem was THEIR fault, he attached an email conversation with his client, where he threw me under the bus. The second job was about failing to serve a job, he had NEVER sent to me...and this time, calling my house, he got my answering machine where he tried to act like a big shot for his client, and then, without disconnecting from my answering machine, verbally threw me under the bus, again to his client. Both clients have told me they wont be using absolute, again. Wyler has stiffed me on the last three serves I did for him, including these two...In discussions Ive had with other process servers who are former contractors of Absolutes, this is apparently par for the course for Wyler.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE CROOKS!!! I work for a process serving company out of Texas and we used these thieves for a service we had in their area. They ignored every email and phone call we made to them for two months and we finally found out why.THEY SENT THEIR RETURN AND INVOICE TO OUR CLIENT AND STOLE THE SERVICE FEE FROM US!! THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.
