I give this place zero stars. Day 2 of therapy Cilicia the Nurse Practitioner called authorities to my home without notifying me. Very unsafe, not a safe place, she is very unprofessional and does not know how to counselkids with depression. She pulled my daughter out of class to do a part 2 of an intense therapy questioning, sent her into a mood swing and then called cps and police to the scene. She is counter productive in her services and made my childs anxiety eve worse. We now have a new provider and they are skilled and much better. Stay away from this place they can destroy your family and try to take away your rights as a guardian. And all of this occurred only after day 2 assessment. As a medical professional i am very disappointed and maybe they can look at my case in firing them and see that organizations who hire people like this is the reason why people dont seek help for mental health. You guys keep those negative stigmas going. Glad were not using there services anymore, my family is back on the right track now. I repeat dont trust them, this is NOT a safe space.

I was diagnosed with a major personality disorder that I do not even show major symptoms of after ONE visit. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe. Watch out.
