People encouraging people helps you out get housing get social security get mental Health Services that you need and everything its just the person if they want to get it you dont have to use them for your payee you can get someone else theyre good and I will Im saying I will

Not good at all. At this point, my treatment with PEP causes me more stress and frustration than it does to help me. I am desperate to get the help I need and afraid because I know PEP wont do much to help. Ive been with them long enough to know. Please try to find a better option for yourself and your loved ones. I worry about other clients.Recently they have a new director who is trying to get things in order. If things improve, Ill update my review to reflect this. In the mean time, Id recommend checking into other ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) teams in the area.Update: After weeks of waiting just to meet with a therapist or psychiatrist, I was forced to ditch PEP altogether and go elsewhere for treatment. Im very glad I did. Im finally getting the help Ive needed for far too long. PEP is obviously overwhelmed and/or incompetent as a whole. Theyre a sinking ship. Hop aboard and youll only go down.

Keep your loved ones away from here. I have inside information regarding sexual abuse, stolen medication, and physical abuse. Another non profit milking the taxpayers for inflated salaries for their employees.

They literally saved my life

Its okay mental health program but the staff could be better.

They are terrible with their people problem when they give you some one they expect the resident should pay you and sometimes I don’t get paid and you have to take care of their resident problem etc.

Do not send your loved one here it has really fell off especially homeless outreach no help at all They are not what they use to be its really a crying shame a waste of Grant money
