Do not go to them. I repeat, do not go to them. They are unprofessional from the front desk to clinicians. I have never in my life been treated with such disregard from a mental health facility. I am in tears. These people are no good for mental health.

The North Center for community mental health has been just horrid to a friend of mine. Today, I was on the phone with my friend and one of the workers, from her residential program stopped by her home without falling first, and said she was doing my friend a favor by dropping off her medications for her. The entire interaction took less then 10 second. And over Mosiac mental health is charging the state of Maryland for a full home visit. My understanding of this program is that they charge Maryland for intensive services for clients but they seem to horribly neglect my friend.
