Very greedy and dishonest establishment.My equipment was sabotaged when I went to pick it up. I did not authorize them to do anything to my equipment, but they gave me back a box of parts. It was not remotely necessary to take my equipment apart to give me the quote, especially since I brought it in for something else entirely.Their parts are overpriced.Their service quote was very overpriced. They recommended service that I didnt need. It was malicious to sabotage my equipment.

Had issues with 2 trucks back to back, sent the them both into the truck repair shop and they were repaired promptly and accurately. No wait time and the bill was $250 TOTAL ... cant beat them.

Well I want I give this company 10stars!!!...Here it is on Mother’s Day 2019 @ 2pm and I called the company and got the after hours cell number and i texted a picture of my hydraulic line for my car hauler to the number and he responded back within 2 mins and said what do you need done, I explained to him I needed a hydraulic line with fittings and he immediately said how long can you get here, it has been raining ☔️ since Friday in the DC/Bmore area and is still raining ☔️ and my driver got to him and he had the new line crimped and installed within 10mins and for this gentleman to come out in the rain ☔️ @ the drop of a dimes notice lets me know that he is Super Dedicated to his Craft and Business as well as his Customers!!!!!......I run a 10car stinger and had a 2020 Porsche 911 Turbo, 1970 Mach 1 BadAzz Mustang (with that 428 Cobra Jet) and New Corvette and New Mercedes Benz Units on my trailer, so I had to get these customers their cars, rain, sleet or snow... and I can’t thank this guy enough of how he really helped me out today!!!....im gonna refer all of my friends in the Car Hauling Business and More to this Company Thank You HydraTec I’m giving you 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
