Matt and Katie do a fantastic job and service. As an aging man with very sedentary desk job for the last million years youve got to get going in the most correct manner. StrengthOps has guided me. Their patience and attention to detail is remarkable. I highly recommend StrengthOps.

Highly recommend Matt and StrengthOps. I first heard about him through Johns Hopkins Physical Therapy and also found him through Strength First when looking for kettle bell trainers. My goal was to learn how to safely use kettle bells so I could workout effectively at home. Matt and I worked together on a weekly basis for 12 weeks and the work exceeded my expectations. We started by correcting my movement patterns before adding weight to avoid injury and maximize performance. Now, we meet on a monthly basis to make sure I am still on track and we will meet regularly again when it is time to learn a new skill with the kettle bell. Thanks for the help Matt!

Ive been training with Matt for over 6 years and am incredibly happy with my results. My goals have evolved from running a half marathon, to being able to do more than 1 pull up, and now just living a healthy life. Matt develops programs around your goals that help each individual be successful. He cares about every single one of his clients and provides attention you cant get at commercial gyms. The difference between Matt and Kate and every other training program is that they listen to you. Katherine has helped me become stronger and their method has helped me relearn and respect my bodys natural movements and strengths. She listens to my concerns and is patient when I discover that I am able to do something I was never able to do before. They challenge me and I have learned the patience to recognize the significant improvement in my body and mind.

I began working with Matt 3 years ago. When I started, I had chronic back pain and was very concerned about my quality of life as I grew older. I was unable to sit for more that 15 minutes at a time. Even driving short distances was intolerable.Matt did thorough assessments of my condition and capability. He developed a program for me resulting in within months, feeling improvement. Constantly assessing and tweaking my program got me to the point where, as of a year ago, I was completely pain free.Now I am working out with Matts other clients doing movement and strength activities that I never thought would be possible.Great job Matt and THANK YOU!

Having switched form a cross fit gym to StrengthOps was the single best thing Ive done for my routine. The chronic pain from the movements at crossfit were becoming too much to endure and was immediately resolved at the start of my program. The training is more than just the typical move faster and lift heavier gym. At StrengthOps you are retrained to move correctly and then given the expalanation for why youre given the specific workout to help you accomplish your goal. I cant recommend the training here enough.

Yesterday, I attended Matt’s Kettlebell Workshop at the Greater Baltimore JCC in Owings Mills, MD.Twenty of my fellow personal trainers & I were given this incredible opportunity to learn from Matt, how to perform & instruct basic kettlebell skills.Matt’s expertise in instructing these important basic skills was excellent❗️And today, I was confident and effectively taught 2 of my clients how to perform the swing & the get up!We will continue to practice and perfect these powerful functional movements!Thank you, Matt!

Im a personal trainer myself, and I started coming to StrengthOps about 3 months ago to prepare for a new certification I wanted, which involved kettlebells. I had no experience with kettlebells prior to this, so I was not prepared for the certification testing at all. What I learned from working with Matt the past 3 months is much more than the amazing foundation he gave me for my cert. Not only did he give me the superior instruction I needed to pass, he showed me a whole new world of training and physical fitness. I cant imagine learning more about the human body in as short of a time as I have so far! I got to work with another StrengthOps trainer, Katie, for a few sessions as well when Matt was away for his wedding, and she was excellent too. They really gave me a new vision into keeping my body strong and healthy (I cant stress enough how important this is) and I have already been applying it to my own training clients. I have no pain anymore, I move better, I feel great, and all my teammates at the certification event cant believe how far Ive come. I look forward to continuing to train and learn from Matt b/c Im not stopping :)
