It seems to me that this is a very unprofessional and disorganized agency. Having just received a dual degree and being a licensed social worker, I was interested in the foster care social worker position and the agencys mission. I was scheduled for an interview, was sent a message three times to reschedule during the same day and the day following, and never reached anyone. If there is a lack of respect and consideration for prospective employees, I can only imagine the way in which they treat families and those theyve already hired.

I am aware of the Win vision and based on what Ive seen and heard it is a company that is based in spirituality and has the best interest of the children with a support system for the family that is designed to help them in every facet of the childs life, continue with the great work

I was a former foster youth who spend many years with WIN THE CEO great man of God and I still work with WIN and anything they need im there this IS a great organization to be apart of Im telling you this 1st hand from someone who without win I may have been locked up or on drugs or even dead Im not thanks to win
