Mandy Matlock & Laura Fremming are truly the best at what they do. Laura interviewed me for a position and during my interview she found another job that was hiring immediately and she thought I would be perfect for that position, well she was right. The experience that I had with ultimate was not bad at all. The thing that I was not pleased with is the client they sent me to work for. The position was a call center position that dealt with 3 different credit unions and you had to work with all 3.The pay was great but the company they sent me to work for was unorganized. The training was horrible it was computer based training and after every course there was a quiz at the end there were 3 different trainers the first 2 were awesome but the third trainer did not have any patience at all for us employees that was just learning the systems to deal with the credit unions. They expected you to retain 3 to 4 weeks worth of training squeezed into 4 days which was utterly impossible to do.The position itself was not bad at all. Once you complete the training you are thrown on the phones no side by sides to make sure you have adapted to what you learned or anything. I gave the company 3 stars because it’s not a bad company to work for but the clients they work with need to develop a better training system.

I have experience with a LOT of agencies and I dont think Ive ever seen one that operates this FAST! Theyre really nice and very communicative and quick to respond, but Cassandra is a marketing phenom! I dont think I have seen a recruiter work THIS hard/fast to get me in front of viable clients before as Cassandra has.

I had the opportunity of working with Aamir Williams and I must say even though I wasnt hired for the position I initially applied for I seen something that more then most temp agencies never do and thats truly dedicate themselves to working to help find clients work. Ive called and called. Each time someone will get back to me in a day or two. Nothing. And because of this I havent even been able to meet with someone to get the help they are allegedly meant to provide. First time using a staffing agency and the experience has been an utter waste of time.

Long story short, I was treated very badly by this company. My recruiter was very rude to me and the job I was sent to tried to run me and 3 other ladies out the building. We were under constant scrutiny and at the end of the assignment I was told that I needed to look for a job for myself. I would not recommend this agency to anyone .They treat you nice to come in the door but after that, you better watch out.

I had an interview with ultimate staffing the original person I was supposed to be interviewing with wasn’t even there! The staff were pleasant but that is where it ends when you call or email them to follow up on your application you get hung up on(with no apology) or they DO NOT respond back to you.

I had the pleasure of working for Ultimate staffing. the office staff was very nice, however the job they sent me to treated me very badly and constantly complained about the amount of money being paid to me and the agency for having me there., they reported back to Ultimate staffing falsely saying I did not know what I was doing and they no longer needed me. which was far from the truth, the truth was that the doctors had taken vacation and there was no work for me to do. Totally unprofessional! 8am interview recuiter was not there finally 8:35am seen by someone clearly upset she had an unexpected candidate to interview. Was told the position that was offered to me 2 days prior was recalled. Lies just to get someone in the door. Racist woman
