The front desk, dental hygienist and doctor are terrific. We are treated kindly, respected and received excellent dental care. The doctor takes time to speak with your child and makes sure the parent is informed as well. The front desk is accommodating, kind and friendly. The hygienist go above and beyond to make sure your child is comfortable and okay. We have visited this dentist 3 times now and every visit has been positive.

My 3 year old has so much energy. With that being said, Dr. Nur is incredibly patient with him. He has sang to my child to help him focus and is so nice each and every time. The assistants and receptionists are also amazing. I’m very thankful and appreciative of everyone at this office!

Dr Nur and Miss Debbie are so great with my toddler! I was nervous about bringing him to the dentist and him participating, but they made him feel safe and happy and he did great! They make it look so easy. A pleasure to come here!

I had a noon appointment for a consult, didnt get paperwork until I asked after waiting 30 minutes. Then at least 7 people that came in after me were seen and I was still waiting at 1pm. Dont bother with this place, too unorganized

I was a patient at Main Street (formerly Dr. Klines dentistry) from around 2004-2020. I stayed for as long as I did because of the compassionate staff and ease of each visit. Kathy was regularly my hygienist and did a wonderful job, each and every time. I trust that the dentistry is in good hands now with Dr. Nur.

Took care of both my boys I wish my dentist was this awesome when I was a kid lol The best thing about this office is they listen to your kids limitations and the know how to keep you and the kids calm all three of my babies will continue going here until they are adults 😌 Oh and they also give the kids stickers and coins for toys at the end!! To my fellow parents the service is extremely fast professional and though their fast they are never in a rush and always on time!

When having a child on the spectrum of Autism you have to be diligent when it comes to support services. Some people have some sort of understanding that at a minimum extra patience is required some people naturally go above and beyond. This dentist is that place. A place for the last few years have been exemplary in the care of transforming my daughter who would have meltdowns at her former dentist, to now a child that has enjoyed every dental check-up. I cant speak highly enough of our wonderful experience there.

We had a wonderful experience today at Main Street. I took my one year old and almost five year old kiddos for their check-ups and cleanings. The hygienists and dentist were so friendly! They were gentle, explained what they were doing in a fun and easy to understand way, and were very thorough. My kids felt so comfortable. Of course, all the prizes helped! 🤪 Dr. Nur was wonderful with my apprehensive toddler, and went out of his way to take care of my son’s baby teeth by giving him one sealant free of charge. I used to work in dental, and I was really surprised at his generosity with that! You can tell the dentist and his staff really care about their patients.The front office was organized and efficient.The office was very clean. We all got our temperatures taken when we got there and were provided with clean pens for our paperwork. There were no other patients in the waiting room. I felt very safe, knowing they were taking all the right precautions. We look forward to our next appointment in 6 months.

Dr. Kline was my dentist when I was a child and I am thrilled to be able to take my own girls here! He is excellent! My children have been coming here since they were 3 (now 15 and 19 years old) and were never afraid to go to the dentist because of how amazing everyone is! The hygienists always explain everything and make the kids feel super comfortable. The ladies at the desk are polite, efficient and always accommodating. I highly recommend this office to everyone who asks!

Since Dr. Kline’s departure the office has gone downhill. The only reason I continue to go there is the hygienist... I adore her! Office staff gives conflicting information into why an appointment was canceled the day before. First story is the hygienist isn’t in. I reschedule appointment for later this month. Then I get a call first thing this morning to see if I’m bringing her in today. Now I’m being told the appointment was rescheduled because they’re spacing appointments out due to Covid.... wouldn’t you think they would have done that with their schedules when they first opened? Why would you wait to see who was comfortable coming in the day prior? It doesn’t make sense. The office staff is sub par and obviously they need to be trained in customer service and efficiency!

I was so grateful that they were able to see us so soon. Ive been waiting for 6 months for an appointment for my son in York. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure we understood the information they gave us. My son is normally super nervous when he goes to the dentist but after our visit he was asking when is the next time we will go back. It was well worth the trip down from PA.

My daughter was scared for her first appointment, first time in seen a dentist, but they was so gently with her, now she think she supports to come all the time. My children have been coming here for a few years now and couldnt imagine them going anywhere else! Today was our first appointment since Dr. Klein left and the service is still outstanding! Jasmin and Sharonda are AMAZING with children and helped my 6yo to calm down enough to get his xrays taken without gagging all over the place LoL. Dr. Kline is an excellent dentist. He greets the kids at their level, listens to concerns, and takes his time with patients. The dental hygienists are all super friendly and great with kids. They make the kids feel comfortable and take their time going through the cleaning process with the little ones. Scheduling appointments is easy and the wait time to be seen is very short.

Sharonda, who is the office manager at Main Street Childrens Dentistry in Parkville, is very conscientious, pays attention to detail, is understanding, accommodating, compassionate, and has been super helpful on more than one occasion. She has played a big role in making our experience there pleasant and enjoyable. The hygienists and dentists have always been good-natured, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. The practice is geared towards kids of all ages. I recommend this dentists office.

We recently switched dentist to Main Street and we couldnt be happier! It took no time at all to get an appointment and they go above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable. I took my 2 and 3 year old boys in for their first dental appointments here the other day and was amazed at how well they did. I was nervous going in, but the staff was amazing! The dental hygienist (and Dr. Kline) were amazing and walked the boys through everything. She was a seasoned pro! I was shocked that there was not ONE tear, especially out of my youngest who HATES going to the doctors and being weighed or measured (screams bloody murder, usually). I will definitely continue to go here for their dental care!

My baby loved Dr. Nur!!!! He came in singing Baby Shark and she absolutely loved him!!! She didnt even cry. Sad Dr. Kline retired but grateful he referred Dr. Nur to his office, be hes great! And the office staff was super nice and helpful with anything needed!

Both my children are seen at the Perry Hall/Parkville location. We are very happy with the care and patience they provide during their dental services. My son has trauma associated with a hereditary disease, which required multiple surgeries before he was 3. They were so amazing with him and took extra care to make sure they were gentle and talked him through his first cleaning. I would recommend Main Street to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Main Street Children’s Denistry and Orthodontics is by far the best pediatric dentistry facility around! It was an easy decision to bring my 5 year old here because I, myself, was a patient of theirs 34 years ago. They have a fun and kid friendly atmosphere with lots of toys and stuffed animals to help children feel comfortable at the dentist. Dr. Kline and Mrs. Kathy have been in the business for many years and seeing their familiar faces this week made my day! I’m so grateful that because of their dedication and commitment to this practice and the children that I am fortunate enough to take my child here. They are the best!!!!!

This dentist office has been a great find for my son. Dr. Nur explains in detail and advises you of what is needed, he doesnt make you feel like you have to make a decision right then and there, you dont feel rushed. My three year old was very nervous about his most recent cleaning, and Dr. Nur was reassuring, gentle, and patient with my son. This practice was highly recommended by our pediatrician after a bad dental experience somewhere else. We came here when our daughter was around 3 or so years old and this by far was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! Ms Kathy (dental hygienist) has taken care of our little one since we started and my child will take no other hygienist. She is THAT GOOD. To note, my child is now in 2nd grade. Ms Kathy, Dr Kline and all the front desk staff are welcoming and do all that they can to make sure that your child’s dental visit is a pleasant one. My child actually looks forward to her dental appointments! When she had first started she was so nervous but Ms Kathy took care of all of that. Omg how do I start or where do I start with my comments on Main Street !! I googled this place forOrthodonist and I read the comments on their service!! So I picked this Main Street because of the reviews on line!!! So I started in 2018 and I tell you I LOVE THIS PLACE !! Dr Rajaei is the bomb love her !! The staff is the bomb they work with you n solve your issues !! I’m not going to want to leave when the braces are done !!! If your looking for a great Orthodonist please pick Dr Sherry Rajaei you will not regret it !!

Don’t have any issue til today, bringing my son in for cleaning like always but so disappointed, they don’t accept the insurance that I have for my son, so I always pay out of pocket last time it’s was like $100 and X-ray bout $65 if needed . My son is 6 years old today I had to pay $316 for cleaning and X-ray, didn’t expect that I feel like I just got ripped off... 😡 wouldn’t be this mad if they just letting me know the prices had go up or something, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you pay out of pocket,Learn my lesson now always have to ask before they’re do anything smh

Wonderful place to take children for Dental Care. My children have been coming since they were 18months old and are now 10 and 8 years old. They look forward to going into the office to see all of the office staff that has been there for years.Dr Kline is as always amazing, and the hygienists are more than intuitive and caring with the children. This last visit my son was reluctant to get XRAYS as he has some sensory issues, but Cathy knew exactly what to do to ease his anxiety. Please take your children there for the love of their teeth!

This review is directed strictly towards the front desk staff.The people at the front desk scheduled my daughter to have some ortho work done. We arrived on time, and we were asked to wait in the lobby for about 10 minutes. After which, we were told that the scheduled ortho work could not be done that day, because the doctor does not work in the Parkville location on that particular day. So they rescheduled us..We arrived (again) on time the second time around.. they took my daughters X-Ray, had her brush her teeth, and had my daughter wait to have the ortho work done .. but then they called me to the office and (again) said they could not do that work on that day, because the doctor would not be back at the Parkville location in time to do the required follow up work.. they offered to have be scheduled at the Glen Burnie location instead. I explained Glen Burnie would be too far away, my daughter would end up missing a whole day school, and I would end up having to take a whole day off from work. There is a reason why people who live in PARKVILLE, choose to make appointments for the PARKVILLE location.So the question is, why schedule customers for work they cannot do? And why wait till we arrive onsite to tell that they cannot do it? They called and texted to confirm both appointments, but in both cases, they waited to tell us that they can’t do the work AFTER we arrived onsite.My daughter was late for school for no reasons twice. I was late for work for no reasons twice..I have to say though, the dentist my daughter sees at the Parkville location - Dr.Richard Kline seems like a really nice guy. I would happily give Dr.Kline 5 stars. As mentioned earlier, this review is not directed at the people who do the actual dental/ortho work .. again I’m only directing my review to the front desk staff..

Dr. O is the best. My daughter was the most anxious child about the dentist. When we found out she had 6 cavities we thought there was no way she would be able to get them filled without general anesthesia. Dr. O made my daughter feel so comfortable and we were able to get it done in the office. It was unbelievable. I highly recommend this office and Dr. O.

Even though we moved to Catonsville we still go to this location because its the best! My kids says - doctor looks like scientists in independence day for fun. I wish they do this for adults too.
