This place is truly a gem. I cannot recommend them enough! They saved me hundreds of dollars after a coffee spill on my laptop. Other places were planning on charging $200 just to take a look at the damage, and Apple was going to charge me $800+, but at Charm City Networks, they cleaned it out for $50. Its been 9 months since then, and I havent had any issues with my laptop!

My laptop was connecting to the router, but not the internet when all my other devices connected without issue. I tried everything Google and YouTube told me to with no luck. I spoke with Mike who told me to bring it in and hed take a look. Brought it in around 10:30am and it was completely fixed by 1:30pm. I couldnt be happier with the service and Mike was great! Will definitely be coming here with all future computer, phone, network, IT issues in the future.

I recently had my laptop screen replaced at Charm City Networks. They were affordable and didnt charge me a diagnostic fee. It took about a week for the screen to be delivered and the work was completed the same day. Ill be sure to use Charm City Networks for any future computer issues!

Apple: $800. Charm City Networks: $50.If you want personable, quick, affordable service, I cannot recommend Charm City enough. My Mac had water damage, and I brought it to Apple to get it looked at. Apple said it would be $800 to look at it and install new parts. I said no thank you, and my fiancé found this place a few days later. They took a look and cleaned it up a bit, but said nothing was seriously wrong! The $50 was for a bit of labor and I thought it would be a lot more. So grateful to them, and absolutely recommend!

Weve been using Charm City Networks to support a small business for about 5 months now and hands down the best managed service provider (MSP) Ive worked with. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. Charm City has migrated our email services, server backups, a couple computers, and a firewall and all went very smooth and quickly. These were projects we knew we wanted to have an MSP perform going into the agreement and they were all done at our request. They are a no-pressure MSP that just does what they should when they should. We came to Charm CIty from a very bad previous MSP and the experience has been great.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Services provided for our small business are always prompt, helpful, and thorough. Charm City Networks helped us to make cost efficient choices for our ISP and is actually saving us money. Our previous IT service company sometimes took 2-3 business days to respond to a question so we feel spoiled when Charm City calls or stops by to check on a problem as soon as it arises. Really, theyre worth every penny.

These guys are the absolute best for computer support in Baltimore! While Best Buy or Micro Centre would charge at least $50 for a diagnosis - they do it for free! On top of that, if its a minor repair - they wont even bill you. Ive come to these guys twice and on both occasions, Brian was the one who helped me out. Solid advice and timely repairs - what else can a man ask for?!These guys are models for how businesses should operate - customer focused and service oriented! They stay true to their name - absolutely charming!

A simple pressing of the button on an old laptop for wireless access, thats all I needed to do. And to think I wasted a half hour of my own time and the drive time to get to Charm City for such a simple thing. And he was kind enough to have pity on the feebleminded and not charge me. Wow. They are a SUPER helpful! The person at front desk was so kind and understanding about my laptop keyboard issues. They managed to get my laptop fixed and delivered to me fixed in just over one day! Way better than my colleges helpdesk. I would highly RECCOMEND
