When I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit Denise made my transition simple, easy and affordable by sharing with me all the specials they had even though I was already there. The process of leasing a storage unit was simple, quick, and easy. All I had to do was fill out an online reservation and I received a call from Extra Space Storage about 5 minutes after I filled out the form. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Also, it is convenient to unload items (there is an indoor driveway so you can actually drive into the building) and they have dollies to use for free. Overall, I would highly recommend this storage facility!

Catherine and Denises service was impeccable! They were both very polite and friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Denise and this is actually the first storage unit that I have ever rented out before and wasnt sure about prices and such she gave me a quote explained in detail every aspect and price of their storage facility. Their office and storage units were very clean and sanitary as well as their business practices and social distance guidelines. Before actually doing business with then they recommended an alternate storage facility just in case I didnt like the hours and location of the current unit and I politely told them that I would check around and if I didnt find anything that suited me I will be back and Denise assured me that I would be back and wouldnt you know I came back. Although the hours could be a little later the alternate storage facility was in a high-traffic Zone which I really didnt want. The storage facility next to them the U-Haul facility their prices were too high and werent as competitive also. I either had to purchase a unit that was a bit too small or more space than one needed or intended to pay for. I recommend Extra Space Storage because their facility is climate-controlled you can even take your car inside Denise even went into the unit with me and helped me visualize and detail which one would be the best for me. They also have flexible moving plans if that storage unit is not right for you to accommodate you to move your things into a more applicable storage unit, their monthly payments are flexible too if you need more time to pay and if you need more time you can let them know they will try to work with you to accommodate that but you do have to let them know. you can even pay in many different methods... over the phone in person or through an app. The storage units were clean and well-maintained and the facility is inside rather than outside so you are warm in these cold months when moving your stuff in and out of the storage facility. They also offer a variety of moving boxes and accessories. She went in detail every aspect of the contract and the great part about it is I was able to e-sign everything rather than scratching countlessly with a pen on a piece of paper. Also the location is to be desired as well and quite ideal. it is off in a little section of its own off of the main road in a nice area in a section of its own its secluded in a way so you have an extra sense of security when going to your storage facility because its not in the midst of the public and traffic moreover theres also a security gate before you get into the actual storage facility I would recommend this place to anybody. even if you do not choose their storage facility they will give you their prices and offer you their services should you ever need them. They are great professional business people and also very kind friendly courteous and helpful and I would recommend this place to anybody please come and see Catherine and Denise, theyll not only set you straight but they will offer you a good competitive price! Thanks again for your service this business cannot be beat and their prices and storage options are fair amd competive... give them a try I guarantee you you will like the results!

I had a couple of issues with my reservation - my fault, not theirs. But they still bent over backwards to ensure that I was well taken care of. I wish there were more stars I could give them. Even though we didnt get a unit here she was super helpful and directed us to the Extra Space on Moravia rd that had longer hours to give us extra time to move our stuff in.
