Does very good work a little slow but if youre patient does very good work in the prices are good.

Henry & Team are good guys who do quality work, are honest and fair. I think this mechanic is under the radar but worth finding. Hes very approachable and possesses a great auto mechanic bedside manner.

I have gone to Park for the last decade. They are always honest, offer lower cost solutions in addition to the best one, and they care about their customers. The best. Truly.

My car’s charger outlet was not working. So I took my car to here to fix it. The guy was nice but his price is too high. He charged me $51 for checking the fuses and changing one fuse that was not working.

They took 3 hrs of my time to tell me they couldn’t figure out the problem with the noise, yet charged me for 85$. I was so disappointed to realize they haven’t even tried a test drive to identify the problem. The charge was for reading the code from the engine light that I’ve had already done several times for free at different repair shops. The disaster was the manager yelling at us aggressively and impolitely to the point we just paid the full price and walked out. When it come to cars, safety is the most important thing. I prefer to pay more to work with professionals. These guys are just not reliable. Lack of expertise and awful costumer service combined with inflated prices, not a good match.

I had a flat tire and went to their store. They said there is nothings wrong with it. They put the tire back, and Im driving in the snow that suddenly tire goes flat and Im losing control of the car! Unreliable people!Do not approach this shop if you care about the safety of yourself and your family!!!

If you are looking for any kind of work, be prepared for manipulation and “I didn’t promise that” type of situation and get charge for not doing a thing. Customer service is awful.
