I would give them a zero if possible because I am tired of being deceived to by them. They have been charging me for the past 3 years for my attached deck as a separate structure and costing me extra money for something that should be covered by my policy. Also, recently my wife had an issue with our sump pump and we were told how to proceeded during after hours only to be told the next morning by our agent that they would not cover any of our costs. They continue to increase my auto insurance rates every year for no reason as I have not had a ticket or an accident in over 10 years and yet they provide HORRENDOUS service!!
