I have nothing but the best things to say about the work they did. He negotiated with my insurance company to get all factory parts and to make sure that all needed repair work was done correctly. The end product was excellent. My car looks great and I am very pleased with the service provided.

As a car guy, I can say I appreciate perfect work. The only repair shop I go to is Jeff Shaws Collision Craft. My BMW dealer recommended Jeff Shaws years ago and I never found a need to change. I had my 335IS, my 435I and my Jeep repaired by Jeff Shaws and have never had an issue. They are professional, very skilled and able to meet every expectation I had. I always get great satisfaction by washing my cars... by hand .. after repairs are complete. Only then can I really appreciate the perfect job they always perform. I recommend them often.

Jeff Shaws shop does excellent work. Not only did they fix the damaged exterior of my Tesla, they looked inside and fixed the condensation damage and loose parts. Jeff Shaw color matched all new parts. Finally, all customer contact was friendly and efficient. God forbid I have another collision, but if I do, I know who to trust with the repairs.

Probably the nicest collision repair facility I have ever been to! The waiting area is brand new and clean and the bathrooms give you more of a nice steakhouse vibe than that of a body shop. The work completed on my vehicle is always impeccable. When I drop my car off with Jeff Shaw’s, I know that I am getting the highest quality repairs possible. The staff is extremely friendly, keeps you informed, and will do anything to make sure you are fully satisfied with your repairs. I highly recommend taking your car here should you need body work. They will work directly with your insurance company and they will even coordinate your rental vehicle right at the shop. Excellent service!

Another fantastic experience at Jeff Shaws Collision Craft. We have taken our cars here for a number of years. This is the only shop in town I trust with a BMW M6, and they did a spectacular job with our body repair. Car came out looking like new. Jeff also quoted us real fairly on some additional parking lot scuffs beyond what our insurance covered for the job that brought us in, and pulled a few little dings out at a great price too. Melissa in the front office is fantastic to work with as well. She had timely communication, and helped coordinate our rental car and our insurance. Job was finished quickly - and right on Jeffs estimated time. Car was beautifully detailed and clean when returned. Great experience, great work, great prices!

My Tesla model 3 was rear-ended and the back of the car needed to be rebuilt. Teslas are awesome cars, but body work on Teslas is notoriously difficult. Jeff and his team performed the work with a meticulous eye to detail. Indeed, I think the construction quality is superior to the original! Throughout, I was kept updated with phone calls and emails with photos of the work in progress. Highest recommendation for this business.

Wow! I will not go to another place after going to Jeff Shaws Collision Craft. It is hard these days to find a body shop that you can trust and isnt trying to rip you off. I had them take a look at my wifes jeep wrangler that was having clutch issues. They called, explained what was going on, and were able to replace the clutch (and the breaks) quickly and at a reasonable cost. There is a reason this place has so many good reviews.

Weve had a couple of issues with our Toyota, and both times weve gone to Collision Craft, we have had absolutely wonderful service! They are super knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I just purchased a brand new 2018 BMW X3 and something flew off the road and hit my vehicle (it was 4 days old). I took it to Jeff Shaws Collision Craft and he made it look brand new again. Ive been taking my BMWs to Jeff for 20 years now. He does exceptional work. I always feel confident that any repair will be perfect. He will work with the insurance companies (sometimes even fighting with them) to ensure the repair can restore your car to its former self without ever noticing repair work was done to the car. My recent auto adjuster told me that he took his vehicle to Jeff for body work. I think that really says something about the quality of the repair work his shop does. I sent my cousin to his shop recently and both she and her husband were extremely happy with the results. Jeff makes the repair process painless. I trust Jeff and we all know that trust is earned. He is a true pleasure to work with (as well as his staff). Friendly, helpful, professional, personable, skillful and a true pleasure to work with.

I went here based upon the great google reviews and now I know why he gets them. I managed to scratch the clear coat on my 2018 BMW I3. So I called, got an appointment and went by to see Jeff. They took care of buffing out the scratch at no charge! I tipped the technician and left very happy. How could I have lived in Baltimore for 20 years and have just now discovered them? All of our future body and paint work will now be done at Collision Craft. Thanks to Jeff and his friendly staff for taking care of my 3 month old car.

I found Jeff Shaws through Googling body shops who work with Mini Coopers and BMWs. They were very accommodating, working well with my insurance company and enterprise. The repair was quick and to top it off... When I went to pick up my car, they had cleaned the exterior AND interior for me. Wonderful service!!

A hit and run driver put some minor damage on my Infiniti QX30 and Jeff Shaw’s made the whole process very easy, from dealing directly with my insurance to arranging for a rental car to be available on site. The shop is a beautiful and spotless facility with excellent customer service. I got my car back today and it’s good as new and in fact better because they obviously cleaned it inside and out and it’s shined and waxed, looks fabulous. I was referred to Mr. Shaws business by my insurance Company, CHUBB, which is one of the best in the business with the highest level of customer service. So I know that any referral they make I can have confidence in. Jeff Shaws was no exception. Mr. Shaw called me almost immediately after I had filed an insurance claim on my vehicle, which had a tree fall on it in the recent storm. Mr. Shaw first asked about my well being and wanted to make sure no one was hurt. He then offered to stay late if my vehicle was in a position to be towed so that I wouldnt have it open to the elements on the street. Mr. Shaw arranged for a towing service, which came promptly as soon as it was possible. Mr. Shaw kept me apprised every step of the way and within one business day, he had issued his appraisal of damage.I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, concern and efficiency shown by Mr. Shaw and I know I will do business with him again, though I hope its not because another tree falls on my car!

Getting in a car accident which requires auto body repair is not usually a pleasant experience, but Jeff and his staff make it painless and positive. In the last three years, my husband and I have needed Jeffs services on 4 occasions. One was a major repair to the front end of a Honda Element, two were minor, and one was an installation of a trailer hitch. Jeffs work is incredible, and nothing short of perfect. The Honda Element required several new parts, many of which were functional and not just cosmetic. The car not only looked great when he was done with the repairs, but performed beautifully for another 100,000 miles. Jeffs front office staff (Stephanie), is patient, thorough, and efficient. On the last occasion that I used their services, Stephanie handled all the dealings with my insurance company, and secured a rental vehicle for me, that was delivered and returned directly to the shop. Great people, great work. The BEST in Baltimore!

Jeff Shaws is the place to bring your high end vehicle. I just had my BMW 335i repaired from a fairly significant accident requiring body and mechanical work. I was amazed at the level of craftsmanship and attention to details that went into repairing the vehicle. It looks and drives like it left the showroom floor, even better then before the accident. They dont spare any expenses either, every replacement parts are genuine BMW and if they are not available, they will order them from Germany. In summary, I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the level of customer support. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Jeff Shaws next time it requires any work.

I was devastated when my new 6 month vehicle was backed into by a box truck. Honestly was afraid that it would show even after repair, good thing there was Jeff Shaws Collision Craft. Just got my vehicle back today and it is in perfect condition. Jeff was recommended by a client of mine a couple years ago for something that I needed to have done on my previous vehicle but at that time I decided to take it to the so called dealers collision center and that was one of the biggest mistakes ever. This new car of mine this time I didnt want to take the risk again at this same dealers collision center. I have no regrets this time around. Not only did they do the repairs perfectly but just the service that you receive is top notch, they prearranged everything for me such a huge convenience! Car was also spanking clean when I picked it up...a little too clean actually...But honestly for amazing collision repair you cant go wrong with this place. Honestly, Ive seen a lot of cars get smashed up and people bring it to a shop to get fixed, and the work doesnt even look good afterwards. This was not the case for me, I have never seen such great work done on a car!! Jeff and his staff definitely take pride in what they do and are very easy to work with! My 2017 white platinum 5.0 mustang was hit on its passenger side. With it having a pearl tri coat paint, I took it to Jeff shaws collision craft in hopes they could fix my baby. Let me tell you they did! They did an absolute amazing job. Couldnt even tell where the damage was done. Their customer service was phenomenal! Melissa in the office is awesome! Would have given this place a higher star rating; however, my center controls did not work when I got the car back. I had to drive back to the shop to get that fixed, then the light in my trunk was missing when I recieved my car and I told them and they made it seem like I was crazy and told me there was no light inside my trunk. I guess I had stupid on my forehead because I knew where the light was suppose to be and pointed it out to them. I then had to go to my dealership and spend my 15.56 plus gas money on a light they removed. Check your car before you leave because you may end up missing parts to your car. Oh, and I was updated on my car once during the month and half they had it, the other correspondence was from me calling and asking about the time frame. Which I was told would be done in February but kept being pushed back because parts were on back order, but honestly with the integrity that was shown when I came to them with a problem I wouldnt be surprised if it was just because they were juicing my insurance for more money.

I don’t usually write reviews but given the unprecedented level of service I received from Jeff Shaw I can’t help but tell others about my experience. I actually heard about Jeff Shaw’s body shop through an insurance agent that I know, who told me that Jeff’s work is the best in the area. I was not disappointed. I have had body work done before and Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft sets a new bar. I would highly recommend having your repair done by Jeff and his team.In early 2019 I brought Jeff my 07 VW Passat that was damaged in an accident by someone making a left turn out of a bar parking lot. After initial disassembly, Jeff looked over the car with me and he took the time to explain the damage and how he would conduct the repair. While in his shop it impressed me to see how well kept and organized his equipment was. Jeff made exceptional efforts to keep the costs within my budget (this was an out of pocket repair because of the car’s age) without sacrificing quality. Given my budget, most parts would have been aftermarket but Jeff was actually able to get me ALL OEM parts at aftermarket prices. He was even able to come in a good bit below my budget.My car is very dear to me so being the worry-wart that I am, I called periodically to check in on the repair and I was always met with a welcoming voice, Jeff and his wonderful staff never made me feel like I was hassling them.After my car was returned to me I can say that I was very impressed with the work Jeff and his team did. The panel gaps looked good and the paint looked great, it even looks like they disassembled some of the more intricate components and painted them individually to prevent overspray. Jeff even took care of some cosmetic issues on other areas of the car that were not part of the repair, at no cost to me.My repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and within the window that Jeff estimated which is always nice. As a side note, for those who complain about repairs taking longer than expected, just know that fixing broken things aren’t always simple and depending on your vehicle some parts can be quite difficult to get a hold of especially if you have an uncommon and/or older vehicle. Just saying, sometimes delays are caused by circumstances that may be beyond a shop’s control.Today I went back to Jeff’s shop to address a new noise after I had an unpleasant experience at a tire shop. Within seconds of driving my car Jeff identified the problem and fifteen minutes later it was resolved, Jeff even took care of a rubber fitting that he noticed was out of place, all for no charge.TL;DR Overall my experience gives me the confidence to say that Jeff is a highly experienced professional and a master at his craft. I am glad to have done business with Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft and to have dealt with pleasant people who take pride in their work. Should you ever require a body shop and seek a quality repair, definitely give Jeff Shaw’s place a look.

I cant say enough nice things about CollisionCraft. Dealing with wrecked cars, insurance etc is very stressful. I had two classic BMWs wrecked at the same time (one pushed into the other by a camper). Jeff gave me excellent advice and support throughout the process. I came to the shop for a simple repair. I was told it would take 2 weeks but ended up 3 weeks. I had told them in the beginning that I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket. Being a college student that was an unexpected expense.

This is only my 2nd review of a business in my life, but I have to say Collision Craft is the finest body shop I know. Theyre in a class by themselves.Im a huge car guy...well motorcycles too. And I have pretty high standards when it comes to my vehicles. Ive been using Jeff for what must be close to 15 years now. Ive taken an Aston Martin Vantage, Lotus Elise, Porsche Boxster, BMW E90, and bits from two Ducatis to him because his is the only shop Ive seen with work of this quality and consistency. Theyre the only shop to touch my vehicles.The overall quality of bodywork/painting these days is frankly appalling, and insurance companies and their steering tactics make the industry a real race to the bottom in many ways. Jeffs shop is one place thats still doing it right, with skill and care.It takes longer to paint an Aston Martin than it does to build an entire Porsche. Its the deepest most lustrous paint youre likely to see on a production car... like a perfectly smooth layer of thick glass. So I confess I wasnt completely hopeful having even Jeff repaint my wheel arch scrape. Well I was amazed with the result. In my close inspection it was indistinguishable from the factory paint. That was no easy task.It seems good painters are hard to find, but Jeff seems to always have great ones working for him. Equally rare these days is a shop owner who is personally involved in the day to day operations, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.A body shop is like a hospital; you dont ever want to need one, but when you do, you want the best.
