This is a fantastic rental house! Im always blown away by their customer service and friendliness. One time particularly I messed up the reservation time and it didnt look like the cameras would be available, but they jumped into action and did a lot of extra legwork to make it work, even though the miscommunication was my fault. They saved my shoot.

It is well worth paying their very minimal delivery fee to DC in order to have the peace of mind of knowing you have the gear you need, in great condition, with no hassles.

Irritated becuase they charged my card for $400 over what they invoiced me for which threw off our production budget. Had to jump through hoops and make a long trip to them, and had we known that it was over budget we wouldve made different decisions. Feel a little robbed. However, they were nice🤦‍♀️ So I cant tell if it was shady or a mistake.
