This has been the worst experience of my life. I have been without an oven for one whole month. First, they needed a part, then the part they ordered was wrong. Then service provider didnt come because I did not answer my phone -- but they never told me that I needed to answer my phone (after all I had an appointment and confirmed it the night before). Then in the final appointment, I found a sorry to miss you on the door when I had taken a day off from work and been home all day ---- waiting..... I will do everything I can NEVER to purchase another GE product.
