Joe is super polite & knowledgeable about his trees! A lot of tree services Ive called and gotten quotes from in the past try to take advantage of you by smooth talking you and talking fast so you dont quite understand everything but Joe actually sits down with you and explains step by step the whole process exactly! For my free quote for my three trees I needed trimmed God Bless Him he talked with me for an hour ½ damn near and didnt leave until I fully understood what all he was going to do! Now my trees/yard are the envy of the neighborhood! I absolutely couldnt be happier!

Very disappointing service from Joe Wilson (Joes Affordable Tree Service). He does not do the work he promises and does not return calls. He left three large 12 trunk/limbs between the street and the sidewalk saying that they would be picked up 2 weeks later. A month went by and no pick up. My phone calls were not returned. In addition as part of removing a tree for $1,200, he also promised to remove another limb from a separate tree. My mistake to pay him prior to seeing that this limb was removed. My recommendation is to not use him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every person is beyond rude and it seems like if you dont agree with exactly what Joe is saying he just gets belligerent and looks at you like youre an idiot. So unprofessional. They do terrible work (when they finally get ahold of someone and get around it) and then way overcharge and it seems like they really dont care that they did a bad job. I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
