Scheduled an install (trailer hitch) for a specific date, never received info about the part to be installed (nearly impossible to reach unless you drive to the location, don’t bother trying to call), so finally i go to the location as told by the online schedule/appointment (only way to get an appointment is thru the online scheduling, again don’t bother attempting to call them), once there, I was told the part was on backorder. I wasn’t updated or notified to try and reschedule (according to the online scheduling site they would do that but no, didn’t happen). They apparently don’t understand how phones or email works?! Basically took time off from work to get there and drop off my vehicle just to be told the part hasn’t come in yet. Thanks a lot. Good thing about this site, very good at refunding me for the work and the item purchased.

Great place to do business! I’ve had this location install a trailer hitch, install trailer wiring, refill propane tanks, rent me a cargo trailer, sell me packing boxes, blankets and straps. Not all at once mind you, but in multiple trips. I was treated as a valued customer each and every time, no matter how small the purchase. Great hours, great prices, great people who care. They have good hours ( for me, maybe not for them working them!), a vast assortment of “stuff” ( seriously, extra heavy duty mattress storage/travel bags!? I never thought I’d need them, but when I did, my need was met!) I enjoy visiting them even as they take my money as I believe I get good value here for my money. Highly recommend this U-Haul location. You might be surprised at all the things they have as well as can do !

Do NOT rent from here. We rented the truck and the guy handed us the keys and that was it. To say the customer service was lacking would be an understatement. After loading it, iur truck overheated 3 miles from the shop. Instead of helping us out with coolant, we had to buy it ourselves and call road side assistance. We lost 3 hours because of this. We had a two day rental and returned the truck overnight at the end of day 2 only to find out that they didnt check it in until 8:56 the following day resulting in an extra day of charges. They charged us for the dolly we never used and miles that werent driven. So, all in all and extra $130. Ive disputed the chrges with corporate UHaul and they were more than happy to help. These were several intentional, bogus charges. I wont recommend this shop to anyone. Moving is stressful enough, do yourself a favor, avoid the irritation and rent from a reputable dealer.
