Although the appointment time was impacted by the computer system migration, I found the service technician (Brandon) to be courteous and professional. He clearly communicated with me about what hed be doing and why as well as letting me know what I should expect to see over the next week or so.

Lee was amazing. He was at our house on time and told us exactly what he would be doing, which was walking the perimeter of our house and checking our termite bait stations. About a half hour after he started, the doorbell rang. While checking one of the bait stations he stuck his hand in a yellow jacket nest that was hidden in the mulch. He got stung multiple times. After asking if he needed medical attention, he reassured me that he was okay, but that he had dropped his tool amid the attack and would be back later that afternoon to finish his inspection and treat the yellow jacket nest after the swarm had calmed down. I could jot believe when he showed up again a few hours later and did just that. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and quite honestly I wouldn’t expect someone to return the same day after getting attacked like he did, but he showed up with a smile and insisted jokingly he had a vendetta against the yellow jackets and was determined to take care of them. Thank you, Lee, for your bravery and excellent work ethic. We have a toddler and a small dog who play in the area where the YJ nest was, and i hate to think what could have happened had Lee not found the nest and eliminated it.

Scott did a great job servicing for the Springtail bugs we’ve had in and around our house (a service their competitor wouldn’t provide). He was polite, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be continuing to use their services! Very happy with our experience today.

Scott did a fantastic job noticing some cobwebs slightly moving and pointed it out. It turned out that a section of sheathing had separated from the outside wall leaving a gap big enough for various animals to get in.I want to give him a shout out for noticing and telling me.

Call about one area you need sprayed and theyll upsell you on the whole house/yard and then when you tell them you only need one specific area treated, they tell you the cost is the same. How is the cost the same to treat one insect in one area as it is to spray the entire home and area surrounding?

None of the chemicals they use hurt animals or have an order.Micheal was informative when he came over, and he explained to me what the plan was and how the house would be treated for bugs. He identified an ant colony that we did not know existed. Michael explained all the further plans that we should do to prevent bugs or ants to come in.
