Very reliable and professional. I’ve been using this lawn service for many years and highly recommend it to others.
Lyons Lawn Service has done a great job cutting my lawn for many years. I always recommend them to neighbors, friends, etc. for lawn care, but I understand they do snow removal and other services. Thank you!

Matt is fantastic to work with, they did a great job on my lawn and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a locally owned, not a franchise company where you can get anything for your lawn and landscaping needs completed.
Had them aerate my lawn in the fall. They did a great job.
I’ve used Lyons Lawn Service for years. They do a great job, good value, and have recommended them to all my neighbors.

Amazing!
Deceptive, argumentative, poor communication, and lousy customer service. I contacted the owner over the phone for snow removal at my church since we were anticipating a storm. It was for a small section of our parking lot since I figured we didnt need the entire parking lot. The quote was for $300 which seemed reasonable--especially since it was relatively short notice. The service description was for salt to be put down the night before and that we would be the 2nd customers after a gas station which had to be done at 8am. I saw no evidence that salt had been put down when I came in early Sunday morning and I did not see or hear from Mr. Lyons. Church members showed up based on my claim that the lot would be plowed. It was not. The lot was icy and hazardous. I saw a lot of slipping and sliding while I was out shoveling and salting the walkways. I did not see or hear from Mr. Lyons at all that morning until I heard his plow on the lot at around 1230--after service was over and nearly everyone had left. He then DID put salt down afterward which we had not previously talked about. The next time I heard from him was several days later when he asked me where he could send the bill. I told him to send the bill to me but made it known I was displeased with the service since he did not plow when he said he was going to and it was almost pointless since the service was already over. He made excuses and offered no apologies. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill in the mail for $875! It was broken down into $300 for pre-salting, $275 for plowing, and $300 for post-salting. I had no idea where these numbers came from since the ONLY number I EVER heard from him was $300 for the job (which, by the way, only took him about 30 minutes to complete.) I called him many, many times leaving messages over the next couple of days. I left so many messages that his message box filled up and I could leave no more. He never called me back. I finally got through on my way to mailing a letter of complaint to him and he argued with me about the agreed upon price. I told him we had an agreement for snow removal to be done in time for our worship service for $300. I told him I would not pay the full amount and though I was not happy, I would pay the agreed upon $300. He begrudgingly agreed and said he would send a new bill. I waited over a week. He did not send a new bill. I finally sent him a check for $300 with the stipulation that cashing it would constitute acceptance of payment in full. He cashed it and thankfully I am done working this unpleasant man and his shady company. This is just one persons experience so take it with a grain of salt, but I whole-heartedly do not recommend this company.
