I will never go here again. The operator put in the wrong address, did NOT have me check, and would not honor and resend unless I paid AGAIN. Their mistake, I would have noticed they did not put the Full street name. Don’t waste your time or money*just went to FEDex across the street and they were cheaper, more professional, competent AND will be delivered faster!

Using this service is phenomenally good. You can ship by most carriers - including USPS - giving you plenty of options. Amazon has a deal where you do not even have to pack items you want to return - many you can just drop off at the store and they will pack it for you (you need a code from Amazon to do this). Highly recommended

I always use this location for packaging & shipping my stuff as I travel a lot. All of them are nice and experienced. Never had any problem at this location.

I always go to this specific store to drop off my shipments, and the staff is always kind enough to alter the taping of my packages if needed, without me having to ask. One time, my brother brought in so many clothes, suits, boxes to ship to New York because he was moving there. The staff was helpful and friendly - they made sure the packaging was done in a cost effective way. The service is always great and extremely friendly. Thanks!

Ive been using this UPS location for years and have experienced nothing less than AWESOME service. I went in yesterday to ship my normal Christmas gifts and found out the location was under new ownership. The service was TERRIBLE!!! The new owner worked directly with me and she was rude, unprofessional and was a terrible representation for UPS. The owner insisted on using an extremely large oversized box to pack 5 shirt size gift boxes which had a great deal of unused space between the gift boxes, and the box was almost 12 inches too tall. I asked for a more appropriate size box but the owner informed me that the big box is the one she was going to use. I took my items and left. I will never go back to this location.

Darlene Johnson (BELOW), I think you got the WRONG store. The owner here is Male. He does a great Job, and is very NICE to every customer. I had the same terrible service at the other UPS store at Manchester and 141. That lady is very Rude. I dont know how she can be in business.
