Decorative Concrete resurfaced my pool deck with a Sundek product and it is beautiful!! I love it! It is wonderful to be able to walk barefoot or sit poolside on my patio when it is scalding hot outside. My patio looks amazing and hands down, it is the best product for life with a pool. Wash off with a hose and water and I am ready to serve margaritas. The most difficult part of this process is finding 4 days in a row of sunshine for the application. Mr. McCarthy arrived at my home on the appointment date of August 12th, completed an inspection of my patio and stated that he would contact me via E-mail with some style suggestions of there concrete resurfacing. I have yet to receive any response. It would have shown some type of professionalism on his part to let me know if he was or wasnt able to provide the services I was requesting.

A very pleasant experience to say the least! I could not answer the question regarding crew appearance and attitude as I was gone all day and did not meet them. The porch and area was clean of any debris when I got home so I appreciate that from the crew. Had family over this past weekend and all were impressed! I am retired from business but my simple model I lived by was say what you mean and mean what you say and DC followed that to the max. I enjoy the look and feel of the One Day Floor system and I expect we will get much enjoyment from our screened in porch decking. My one year old grandson who is just now starting to walk was walking all over the porch and got on his knees and kept rubbing his little hand over the surface. I have video it was great. Recently had my patio re-stained and re-sealed. The crew did a great job...very detailed. Had a couple of small areas that needed extra attention during the re-staining and the crew took the time to get the staining right. Also, liked the text updates since the project took a couple of days.

The work was performed with care for surrounding landscaping. The service was consistent each day (weather permitting) once the project began. Decorative Concrete kept us informed of the upcoming stages of the project throughout. The end product is beautiful (cool pool deck resurfacing). We highly recommend Decorative Concrete. The only downside is that the surface is slippery compared to coolcrete from 20 years ago. We expect that is just the nature of the available surfacing product. Overall a great experience and quality job.

We hired Decorative Concrete in 2002 to resurface our pool deck and they did a wonderful job. So, when we moved and needed our driveway resurfaced in 2005 I called them again and we were very happy with the driveway resurfacing.
