I was very pleased when Pamela was there always paid my loan back Never Never had any issues be Pamela was on top of her stuff she knows you by name always greeted me a smile.Melissa took over now so I go as I always do borrow let her know when I will be coming in and paying so my payment she sad was on Oct 29 I go pay in full Nove,,.353mber 1,paid 1353.and some change so on November the 4th they she they tried to debt my I said for melissa respond was for the October 29 payment I paid in on November 1 she it take up to 7 days to take from your account my response was I paid in full so why would u take from my account once again I said it was paid in full I have my receipt that she gave me with a zero long short my bank paid to separate payments for an account that was paid in full I ask and showed melissa my account statement call the bank they told her was paid to CIC SHE SAID NO THE GAVE HER A TRACKING NUMBER THAT TRACKS THE PAYMENT TO CIC I ALSO TALKED TO SOMEONE NAMED TRAVIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE OVER MELISSA NO CALL YET FINALLY TALKED TO TRAVIS AND HE WAS CLUELESS and a personal family matter which I understood NOW IM WAITING TO TALK KURT CRUMP TELL ME THEY CAN RETURN 21 DOLLARS BACK LOL THIS THE SUM I FINALLY PAID 1353 IN THAT WAS PAID IN FULLTHIS WHat WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT$143.88$151.16 MY BANK TOLD MELISSA IT WAS PAID TO CIC SHE STATED THERE IS NO WAY And needquestion my REALLY SO NOW IM WAITING ON KURT MISS YOU PAM (LINNIE)UN HAPPY CUSTOMER so in total I end up paying 1.648.04 for a loan that was 1353.00 that was paid on November 1 the due date but ARC MY ACCOUNT ON 4TH NOING THAT LOAN HAD BEEN ALREADY PAID One person can mess it up Dont want Melissa to lose her job but be fair and owen up to the mistakes that you made
