I was so pleased with the professionalism of Mike and his carpet company. He was able to get me an appointment in a timely fashion, called prior to the appointment to confirm, came exactly on time, and did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. The price was incredibly reasonable compared to other carpet companies, and I feel like the job he did was equal to if not superior to the other companies.I will definitely use him on an annual basis, and recommend his company to all of my friends..

I needed next-day cleaning at the house i was moving into before we moved all of our furniture in. I figured it would be impossible on such short notice. Mike was booked out for the next two weeks, but he understood my situation, and found time in his schedule to get it all done the very next day. So now we can move our furniture onto clean clean carpet. and the price was super reasonable, and it looked great. highly recommend!

I gave them a 1 star a few weeks ago believing that they just didn’t show up, but they just got the day wrong and were there the next day. They were fast and did an excellent job. Everything looked and smelled great. All stains were gone! Great service!

I called Brad on Tuesday and he fit me in on Thursday cleaned the carpet after my carpet had a horrible pet smell. He fixed that and the price was excellent.I would use his services again.

Let me start by saying this company is professional, courteous and very organized. I was very impressed with that aspect of the company. However, I feel this company is primarily good for basic carpet cleaning and surface dirt only. If you have any stains on your carpet, I would not recommend them. I am pretty particular about my carpet and don’t let anyone walk on it with shoes on. Therefore they weren’t in bad shape, but did have some small dirt stains and a drink spill. However, after paying $185, every stain that was on my carpet is still there. I’m kicking myself because a few years ago my son spilled an entire pitcher of a red drink in his bedroom. I thought there was no way it would ever come out of my very light carpet. But the company that came out to clean my carpets was amazing and the stain is nonexistent. I just couldn’t remember their name to call them again.Update to post: The company came back and removed all of the stains that were left behind from the first cleaning. The owner was kind, understanding and quickly resolved the issue. Because of their professionalism in taking care of the problem, I would definitely use them again.

These guys are amazing. Price was great, quick response and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. My carpet was, from what I thought beyond saving, but they came in and it looks almost like new. I give them a 100 out of 10
