I went today and my mom and I ended up with new phones at a great price! Harry was so helpful and knowledgeable which was such a change from other Verizon’s stores I had been to. Definitely recommend.

This is a great store. I walked in with no wait. If you’re looking for a phone and want a place with knowledgeable, professional and friendly people I recommend this store. They took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and that I got a good deal. They had all the technical stuff handled and helped with making sure I had everything ready before I left. This Verizon store is awesome! Nathan the manager goes above and beyond for his clients. The new trainee Desmoi is very attentive and thorough. We changed over carriers and Nathan did everything he could to get me as many promotions and discounts as possible. One of the phones we were buying was giving him a hard time because of the Verizon system and he went so far above and beyond that he came in on his day off to make it work and then offered to deliver it to my house! Which is not in Baldwin by the way where the store is! My father is a regular client of Nathans and being an elderly man he has lots of questions and Nathan has the patience of a saint!They are doing an amazing job being careful and cautious with their clients and covid-19.

Called this store late today from work . Have very old iPhone and nervous about all my info . Nathan helped me on the phone and than greeted me when I got there like 7:15 . Knowing they close at 8 he still took the time to answer all my questions and help me decide what I wanted to do . I got a newer phone ( but he didn’t try to make me buy the most expensive one, which is rare for someone in sales ) and he began to transfer all my information, even though it would keep him way past closing since I had so Much stuff . He kept me company and was very pleasant and professional when he could have easily made me come back the next day instead he stayed way after closing to help me . I had a poor experience. One representative saw me waiting in the retail store while there were other customers in the store and he decided to bypass me after waiting for a half an hour to be served. All I wanted to do was pay my bill..a 2 minute transaction. Next time, I will hope I have greater success with the toll free customer service number.

We couldnt be any happier or more satisfied with our purchases. But more importantly we were absolutely thrilled with the service representative, Sim. She was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient in going over all our questions, concerns and informing us about our new purchases and taking time to explain everything to us.

The service tech was polite and professional. But he could not explain multiple cell service issues I have been complaining about.

Sim was very accommodating. She went through the purchasing of my iPhone as a step by step process which surely helped. I was informed about the details and in doing that I am happy with my phone.

They also spent a lot of time explaing the products we were interested in. I also liked the way they went over pricing for each product being sold. I didnt feel like I was being sold products we did not want. We had so many questions and they answered them all. Nathan and Addy will not rush you out of the store like other stores do. If you want good old fashion customer service you will want to go to the Baldwin Verizon store and ask for Nathan or Addy. My son said they really care about their customers.

I couldn’t recommend this place higher. Incredible customer service who did everything they could to get me a phone and help me out. I went to Long Beach and they sent me out the door. I won’t go to Rockville Centre corporate store after my experience here. 10/10

My son lost his phone and I have a business account with Verizon so I have to use a corporate store. Being that the RVC store closes at 5, we decided to ‘try to see if LB Verizon could help. They said nope and actually we’re rude. As a last effort to get a phone before end of day, we called Baldwin Verizon (they are not corporate either) Nathan assured me over the phone to come in that he could and would be able to help. Well to make a long story shorter... he did get my son set up with a new phone! They ARE WILLING to go the extra mile and have patience of saints! Go to BALDWIN VERIZON. I came to the store with because my Samsung phone was giving me a lot of problems. Sue tried to fix the phone and explained me all about the phone and the problem. I came into this Verizon location which I have never been here before..I had a broken phone, with a broken screen and it wasnt working...NATHAN came to my rescue..he told me he couldnt guarantee me that the phone could be fixed..I left my old phone and purchased a new one..NATHAN did something to my old phone which made the old phone work so I can have my data transfer to my new one...I was extremely happy with his service, because if this was not done it would cost me an additional $170 to fix my old phone just to be able to get my data...NATHANwas very professional in the way that he treated me..I was so happy that he saved me this additional money..thank you so much for your help...it was an upsetting situation and he kept me calm in the way he conducted business...thank you to VERIZON AT BALDWIN...and most of all thank you again NATHAN......

I bought 2 new iPhones from Apple the other day. The phones required sim cards because they were unlocked. I went to this Verizon store for the cards. I had never been in this store before but the manager, Nathan was the most helpful person. Even though I did not buy the phones at his store, he gave me the 2 sim cards, installed them, set everything up and made sure the phones were working. What great service !! You dont find service like that now days. This Verizon store in Baldwin Harbor will be my go to store for all my phone needs from now on. I highly recommend this Verizon store. TWO THUMBS UP !!
