Unfortunately, this will be the last we use this company. The technician was friendly enough; however, he did do his job checked over the machine, and came up with the solution. We knew we had a problem when the freezer stopped making ice and defrosted on its own overnight. We needed it fixed immediately because we were expecting a huge delivery for the store. I placed a call to the appliance repair company, and they promptly sent one of their repairmen to our place. The procedure went easily as the technician addressed all the problems quickly enough. The expert didn’t charge much, but the results were top-class as the unit now works like new. We’ll recommend them to our friends and would continue using their services as needed.

I have used this company in the past and have been very happy with their service, until now. I recently called them when my dishwasher did not drain. It had been working fine until then. The technician spent all of 5 minutes in my house, looked under the dishwasher and announced that I needed a new motor. He didn’t look for a clog in the line or into the arm assembly for something preventing it from draining. He then told me that someone would call me for an estimate which they never did. I had to call them. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told no one was available. Never again.

Scheduled repair, never showed up, and when contacted said he had been delayed on a job. Rescheduled, same scenario. No contact from technician until I reached out. Then was annoyed when I wouldnt reschedule a third time.

This place is a scam. Do not use them!!!

Water was leaking from my refrigerator. I did not have any idea on how to fix it, that is why I called the company and luckily, they have technicians who were always ready to give express and quality service for home appliance repair. In no time, my fridge started functioning well again.
