Room was nice. Just small things that werent ready for three people in a room they only had enough for two people in a room and the pool was closed but thats not their fault when everything gets better I know this hotel with will be wonderful. They have a Starbucks in there and its really nice but of course that was closed also.

Love this place!!!! The hotel room is so clean and the water pressure is awesome. There was only 2 towels though and they knew we were booking for a group. But the staff was kind! And the room was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean and spacious, coffee bar, pool and gym on site . Good location next to the highway and lots of shopping and entertainment nearby. Only four stars though because they charge for Parking, bit overall a wonderful hotel.

Poor customer service. They charged me for parking when I did not have a vehicle. I told them at check-in. However, they still charged me. I spoke with the general manager and he has to wait until the worker return to work to verify that I did not get a pass. It seems like a lie because he seems to mention the night auditor, whom did not check me in. I will file a dispute with my card company. Check in was horrible. The elevator was not working properly. I only stayed for 2 hours, left and did not return. But they still want to charge me for parking. Bathroom needs upgrading. Sink was stopped up. Room felt disgusting.

I will never stay here again! The employees were very rude! We stayed a week. Never not once did they ever clean or even ask to clean our room. They never gave us clean anything we had to go get it ourselves! Form toilet paper to towels and trash bags. Horrible experience!

The front office staff is rude. Also, It’s $6 per day to park but there’s no security guard nor any obvious threat vehicles need to be protected from. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, not downtown LA or a business district. So, the per day parking fee is unnecessary. The pool, bar & restaurant are all closed due to covid. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault but the Marriott website doesn’t make mention of this. If you have to travel for work, do not stay here.

I reserved the room for two people. Not enough towels placed inside the room. Not only did I book through booking.com for my room but when I got there I had to pay an additional $100.00 deposit which I was not made aware of prior to my visit. The room was nice. The bed was terrible. No bistro open so dont get your hopes up. I wont be back.

The fact that u have to have a key to get in to the elevator. And quite and private parking . Just the fact they have A small tv inside . But other then that its alright

None of the amenities were open as advertised in their website. I took my kids to this place because we thought that the pool it was open and guess what! Neither the pool, the restaurants or the bar were open.What a shame, advertise something that is not true.

Really shows its age. My room definitely needed a refresh and there was a stale smell. Really should have been better. Keep looking if you want some better hotel value.

Great place to hideout and no noise sleep well in bed. Just wish the TV was bigger right next to the 10 frwy excellent place if you have to go to work or make a pit stop to rest 😔 thank you Marriot hotel 😎

Clean and quiet first time staying there.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. I needed to check-in early, and they were very helpful and accommodating. When we did check-in they were friendly and quick. Sometimes people do a little bit extra beyond what is expected and it makes a huge difference. Room was clean and well-equipped. I know not every experience at a hotel is the same, but this was a very memorable one for me and I can only say good things about it. Would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

A lovely view from the 4th floor! Beds are super comfy. Rooms are clean and well maintained! The is friendly and the security here is excellent!

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable my stay was at the Baldwin Park Marriott. No noise and housekeeping staff very nice, beds were very comfortable. I left a mirror behind and housekeeping had turned it in to lost/found. It was easy for my to retrieve two days later. Wish lost/found hours were a little more work friendly. Hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM. I leave my house at 6:40AM and dont get in until around 6:00PM. Front desk should have access to items. Overall great stay!

Had our holiday party here. My husband and I ended up getting a room for the night. The guy at the front desk I think his name is Robert! He was amazing. Great customer service. Always smiling. We grabbed a bite to eat at their bistro on Friday afternoon. The servers working were super sweet. Saturday we did the same but the servers were different. Didnt like them as much. But great place to stay for a few days. Not far from Hollywood, Pasadena, Downtown LA, Newport and Huntington beach, Mt Baldy... these are all about 20 to 30 min from this hotel. And its quiet. I love that!

I went to this hotel and the first thing we got to the room I had to use the restroom. The toilet took forever to flush and water was taking forever to go down in the sink. Instead of offering us a change they sent someone in while we were in the there for about 10 minutes and we eventually left the room to let him finish. Next we went to the pool and my sister ordered food from a local pizza place and someone from the hotel got our pizza so my sister goes to the front desk to see if they can check the cameras were working and they said they had already checked them and they didn’t see no one how would they have seen them but didn’t see what to check for ? I did not feel safe so we wanted a refund because i did not feel safe because they were lying about either the cameras working or they were in on taking my sisters pizza either . They did not want to refund our room for our safety

The internet here is honestly atrocious. At one point it works and then others it doesnt. The beds are horrible. Move to easily and way to stiff hurting my back, pillows have random hard spots, room service rarely does the job right. If anything is to be fixed here its the damn internet.

Its quite peaceful and quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Let me start off by saying the property is nice & is nicely kept the rooms are clean & the gentleman that checked me in was polite, however I do not wish to stay at this property again because a few of the front desk employees are not polite at all. When I checked in I asked for a late check out which I was given(4pm), however at 12pm I am woken up by the front desk asking me what time am I checking out which was very annoying because I worked late the night before, then I decided to extend my stay anyway I went downstairs to update my keys & leave the deposit again, the gentleman handed me my keys and told me I was all set, I go back to my room to get ready for work & now the front desk is very rudely calling me telling me I need to come back down and leave a deposit because the gentleman didn’t take the deposit & I have 1hr to do so, when I just was at the front desk doing this! Unfortunately I will not be returning to this property nor would I recommend anyone I know to go to this property I’m glad that I know the true level of excellent customer service that Marriott offers to know my experience was an isolated incident.

Wonderful stay for my event arrived day before event to set up room for party. Assigned an event coordinator (Vanessa), a coordinator (Sandra) for room set up, and maintenance coordinator (Ray) for logistics. All of them were exceptional, helpful, and accommodating. They were easy to find and understand our needs. Even offered suggestions to enhance our affair. Front desk staff also great; always cheerful and helpful. Just an overall great experience for us!

We stayed here at the Courtyard Marriott in Baldwin Park for 2 nights (July 14-16). Check-in with Luis was easy and smooth. Luis was friendly and informative. Our room was spacious, clean, comfy and met all of our expectations. Security was top notch which made us feel safe. But our highlight was our bartender/server Juan Pablo. He was so helpful with our food/beverage choices and his energy was full of good vibes. We had wings, the vegetarian pasta bake and a burger. For drinks we had the beer on tap which was by belching beaver brewery and cloi du Bois Merlot, which was on special. All were fantastic! Juan Pablo always went above and beyond to accommodate us and that in my opinion is the heart of great hospitality. Thank you Juan Pablo for making our stay memorable.

We are a big fan of the Marriott hotels. We have stayed in many of the different types. This location, located in a busy area, was clean and well maintained. The staff that greeted us upon our arrival was friendly and made us feel welcome. We travel as a family of 4. Our room was clean. Plenty of drink and food options in the lobby of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this Courtyard. And I look forward to staying again.

Very nice and inviting place. I love the decor and modern look of the place. My room was very clean and not too packed with furniture. The pool area is extremely nice with lots of outdoor seating. I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention theres a Starbucks in the lobby :) I super like the ambiance in the evening, its great.

We always stay here when we go to LA close to the freeway a decent distance from places we go visit. Staff is always friendly and rooms always clean. This last visit we were disappointed they now charge a parking fee for a parking lot that does not even have security. If your going to charge at least give piece of mind that our money is going towards our vehicles being safe. The elevator also broke down half an hour before check out time and I was expecting a call offering someone to help us take our luggage down (using the staff elevator). Had to take our things out using the stairs with no assistance.

It was amazing the pool was open me and my granddaughter was so happty to go swimming and everything was so clean!

Courtyard Marriott Baldwin Park is a friendly and well kept gem right off the freeway. During my stay there were several meetings taking place and guests seemed very well taken care of. Rooms are ample and quiet. Food is exceptional. Staff throughout cannot be beat. The fitness center is sufficient with treadmills and a stair climber. Excellent for a business stay.

We came in to the hotel and the front desk staff didn’t greet us. Ernest was working at the front desk, did everything to make us uncomfortable. He was not helpful at all. We had already traveled all day and was tired. It’s 1:48am and he is doing everything to make us miserable. Finally went up to the room the bathroom had hair in it and the bed had hair in it when you pull the sheets back. The hotel smells like weed was being smoked in the rooms. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone the customer service is horrible. The next morning we checked out, we were supposed to stay for a week. The front desk worker the next morning wasn’t friendly either, she didn’t greet us when we came down.

Had a very unpleasant stay, was woken by a call from front desk at about 4am then a knock at the door 2mins later. Was told something about a alarm going off. Never got a apology or even a full explanation. Then at about 8am was woken by a door knock by housekeeping, whats the point of physical/mobile check out, if there going to come and wake you up by asking checking out?

I would give this place a 5 star review, however, the manager (Hector) is absolutely terrible with zero customer service.

We found this place and it was close to some family we were visiting for Thanksgiving. The rooms were nice and big, the staff was friendly and helpful, the gym was nice and the location was great. All in all, a great nice stay. My family stayed in a Jr Suite which was plenty big for the six of us. Thanks for everything!

For being a Marriott this needs major TLC and that nasty couch got to go! Remodeling strongly needed a lil grimy but it is in BP🤷🏻‍♀️

The best courtyard around.

We took our children to Universal Studios over Spring Break. We were gone all day and needed a quiet comfy hotel room at the end of the day. Hotel was very quiet, professional and the beds super comfy. Would recommend.

The staff was pleasant and the lobby was updated. The room was very dated and uninviting. The couch was visibly sunk in the middle, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and you could only see part of the tv screen from the bed. Overall below my expectations for Marriott and overpriced.

I stayed in Courtyard Marriott for short duration but it was quite good.. Rooms were neat... My room was on 8 floor and the view from my room is breathtaking..

Not a lot of bang for your money. Hotel was mostly clean, but our room did have an off smell. We found a shower cap covering the smoke detector when we entered our room. The area did not have many hotel choices and we had hoped this property would be a bit better.

This property is well located close to my meeting location near West Covina, and is clean and bright with courteous staff and a great breakfast option for fresh hand made dishes and coffee and plenty of places to sit and relax at night or in the morning. There are plenty of places to lounge and work with co-workers, or on my computer in the lobby area. There are snacks for sale, plenty of TVs to distract me from my work, and a nice outdoor seating area. I would like to bring my husband to enjoy this property with me!

Will come back on my next trip. Keep up the good work. For future though i would recommend to have a simpler pricing scheme

Great friendly staff members. All were smiling and helpful. The lobby has a modern decor to it that looks very stylish. They also had a Starbucks down stairs in the lobby which was very nice and convenient. Hotel was close to many shops and restaurants as well as a Walmart and a gas station which made filling up the car convenient. Close to the freeway. Stayed two nights with my family of 5 and loved it. Would stay again if in the neighborhood. Rooms are not that big but adequate. Same goes for the bathroom. The hotel and rooms were kept clean. Beds are very comfortable. It is on the firm side which I like very much.

The staff makes me feel at home while Im away from home. I look forward to Emilios or Michaels welcoming smile when I check-in. I know that the lady and gentlemen at the Bistro will give me excellent recommendations for dinner. Ive only experienced excellent service from each staff member, from the management to the maintenance man. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job and are always have a smile on their face. Its obvious that the staff takes pride in what they do and enjoy being a part of their team.Ill see you soon!

Attended a full day company meeting here. The facility itself was clean and modern. Meals and snacks were good and well attended. The location is right on the freeway, so it was easy to spot for my first visit. Parking was not great, there was a gated/attended lot in front, and I was unclear on whether non-overnight guests could use this parking. Open lot parking was available around then side/back of the hotel, next to the attached Sizzler(?) restaurant.

This Marriott Courtyard, is in a well placed location, easy on and off the 10 freeway, there is a variety of places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. There is a Bistro on site, which we used for breakfast on the morning of departure, the food was fine we had the frittata and the egg white scramble. Service was friendly, the food came out hot and tasted good. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, bathroom was well stocked, staff was friendly all around. The jacuzzi area was clean with plenty of towels. Overall a very fine experience. I would recommend this hotel highly. I am an experienced traveler with 30-50 yearly stays around the Western US for the last 10 years and this hotel ranks in the top 10% of places I have stayed.

This hotel is a very good place to stay in the Baldwin Park area. Its close to the freeway and there are a number of restaurants close by. The staff is great and the rooms are clean and neat. The only negative is the paid parking at $6 per night. However, there is a small amount of parking outside of the paid lot.

I booked the Hall-Room for my Daughters 18th Birthday Party. Veronica was very helpful thru the whole process and the Hall came out Beautiful.. The staff including the Bartender provided Excellent Service. The Food was Very Good, we had a Buffet Style with the entrees being Chicken Fajitas, Carne Asada and Carnitas. My daughters birthday is Cinco de Mayo, the Food choice was perfect. This is the 2nd time I have used their Hall for a Party and both experiences have been Great!!I would reccomend them their Hall-Room for any type of event.-George I.

The hotel is on the east side of LA, where all the good foods are. The room is very clean and at night its pretty quiet so you can have a good rest. The service is pretty good, they are very patient and helpful and will try their best to satisfy your needs.

We needed to stay overnight for a distant early morning funeral. I requested two adjoining rooms and even though we arrived 6 1/2 hours past check in time and 1 1/2 hours past our estimated arrival time, our adjoining rooms with our requested extras were waiting for us. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and even though we were very close to the freeway, the rooms were soundproof! We had a quick and delicious breakfast at The Bistro in the lobby. Although I was expecting an actual restaurant at the hotel, there was plenty of comfortable seating and the service was impeccable! There are also many nearby restaurants if we had preferred to eat out. When the funeral went longer than expected, I used the app to ask for a late checkout and was given an extra hour to pack up which was so helpful!

Lobby was spacious and modern. They have a sundry area and a cafe in the lobby. Rooms were wonderful and clean. The curtains let a lot of light into the room, but other than that my stay was wonderful from the check-in to check-out experience. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Hotel is walking distance from Sizzlers, McDonalds, Starbucks, GameStop, etc.

Theres not much to complain about this place. The staff is absolutely friendly. Check in and check out is super fast and efficient. They have a nice starbucks and breakfast/lunch bistro past the public seating area. You need your key card to get into the elevators so you feel secure. The bedroom and sheets are comfortable and soft. Only downside is the couches that are in the bedroom are fairly used up. You sink in too well and theres not much support. Other than that its pretty great to get a room here.

Robert and the guy that checked us in at the front desk made the whole difference. Super friendly. Everyone else was average. The rooms are dated, but I’m sure renovation is on their schedule. Loved the view from the 8th floor.

The hotel is clean (although the shower head desperately needed changing in my room) and all staff are incredibly friendly. Service at the bistro in the morning was incredibly fast with the food actually being quite good. Despite being close to the highway the windows are solid enough that there was no traffic noise in the room.

Stayed 2 nights to be near the venue of my friends wedding. I was able to rest the night before and after the party. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely book again :)

We had a worse night from this hotel. The wall insulation in this hotel is not good, our neighbor came back around 2 am, slam door and start talking on phone or to in person with loud voice for an hour. We were woke up by that, plus the a/c is not working properly and become so noisy all night long. My husband cant even back to sleep for that night. The restroom somehow had some lacking on the floor where we dont know how can it be. I told the staff about this and he said will mention to the manager then give me a call back. Until now, I still havent received any call form this property manager. Also, very confusing for the parking instruction. I returned the key back to the staff, they were not mention that I need that key to exit parking lot. I had to run into hotel again to solve this issue. We are the first time customer, why cant you tell us about it at the beginning. Staff will need more training for greeting and explain to the customer about the feature in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, modern and super clean. Ample parking. Nice large room and quiet even with close proximity to highway. Staff is EXCELLENT. My only complaint with our experience was the internet connection. It was consistently slow to the point of nonfunctional. If you stay here, bring a jet pack like we did or you will be hitting the nearest Starbucks for internet access! Im sure theyll fix this and become an Excellent rated hotel.

Great hotel, next to the freeway and shops, good food, clean, and great service. Theres also a Starbucks in the hotel, which makes it really convenient for getting your morning pick me up. It doesnt have everything that the actual Starbucks has but fortunately, theres one right next door at the shopping center connected to the hotel. I was here for work training so can only comment on the facilities and not the hotel rooms. My only issue is that the conference rooms get cold from the A/C being set so low so be sure to dress warm or bring a jacket. I had a light coat and wearing a sweater and it wasnt enough. Other than that, I had a great experience.

A very nice hotel with large rooms. It was very clean and had secure parking. The only issue we had with the hotel is that for the price, there wasnt even a basic continental breakfast offered. One could stay at a hotel for half the price and be given more.

The hotel looks nice but there are a number of issues.1. Where is the place to temporarily park when you get checked in? We had to park inside the parking area and pull all our luggage into the lobby. 2. No breakfast buffet. For the amount paid, it needs to be included. They have a restaurant where you pay and have food. At least provide some basic food. Very minimal vegetarian or vegan options. I would have been happy with bread butter and jam in a complimentary breakfast. Smaller relatively unknown hotels provide better options.3. No water provided in room. (Not a big thing but will be nice)4. Paid parking on site. For the first time, I have paid for parking at a hotel where I am staying. A bit surprised for the need to charge at such a far away location from Downtown!

This was our first experience booking with any of the Mariotts, and unfortunately it will be our last. There was a mistake on the dates the room needed to be booked for, after calling the same day it was booked the representative told me there was no way to adjust the dates to the following week because it was no longer within the 48 hours, even though the room had just been booked hours before. Over the phone he assured me the management would be able to assist me but had left for the day, so I went in the following day in person to see what could be done. The two representatives who assisted me said there was absolutely nothing that could be done because of the system. I am disappointed that a company of that caliber does not have a better resolution process, or better yet a system that allows these issues to be resolved. Unfortunately I will be charged the $165 for a room my family did not have the opportunity to enjoy on a trip from New Mexico. I would not recommend this hotel as a higher level of customer service and professionalism was expected but was not delivered.
