I trust my preparer and have been using these guys for years I highly recommend them. They are a bit expensive to be honest but the confidence and surety that comes with it for me at least is worth it.

My tax professional was very friendly and fast

The reason for the 4/5 rating, is due to our appointment being at 0900am and the office was not opened untill 0905am. This office only had 1 agent that was taking care of us and helping the walk-ins during the time I requested to be used for my taxes. The agent had little knowledge of how to input the 1098-t pertaining to my wifes college funding and tuition assistance. The agent ended up not using the 1098 in the taxes, which we will have rechecked once the return is placed on our emerald card to make sure we dont owe or receive any difference. The agent was difficult to fully understand due to English not being her original language and speaking softly and into the computer screen and not to us.

I had looked at my tax papers and there is three things wrong with it and im not happy about it
