Ms. Bernice was awesome and very helpful. I came in wanted to load a card but it was giving me problems. She was kind enough to help me get another card . Great customer service and professional.

Ms Bernice was very nice and helpful. She greeted me when I walked in even tho she was busy. When it was my turn she let me know everything she was about to do and also what she was going to need from me while we were on hold

She claimed to be the manage there at elam store..She was so nice and patient and very helpful ... I was short on paying my rent and she covered the rest out of her own pocket. People like that remind me of how great people can still be nowadays. Making someones day and making them happy enough to do the same to slowly making the world a better place again.. It made my day! Im glad there is people like that out there still. Hard to come by nowadays in my opinion.

I been with Ace Check Cash for awhile

This was my first time visiting this location and Ive never had worst service. Even after verifying my check with the law firm, the customer service rep kept calling different people because she didnt believe that my check was real. I gave her all paperwork that had been sent to me along with the check and after almost 40 minutes, I was told rudely that she couldnt cash my check. Served my country and cant get a check cashed back home.

Need to change the open time to 8AM considering the location and the business around it. And Im happy to see Mama Rosa at this location.

So I went inside to pay a bill because Krogers system was down and the service I got was really great. The cashier Emery was VERY nice and went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. :-)

I called to ask how much they charged to change a check and the lady who answered the call was very rude. He said he had to be present to tell me how much when I had already told him the amount of the check.
