PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! I got an alignment here they cant do there job right the 1st time before I got there I called for a price range the guy said 50 I get there they demand 60. When I 1st walk in a guy is eating tacos as I asked POLITELY for a alignment fix and proceeded to say aite hold on and holds his taco Infront of my face. I walk back out to wait in my car I waited patiently for the guy to finish eating. I had got off my car with a toddler to wait 40 minutes those 40 minutes go by I pay than start heading out to leave as soon I go down the street to check if they even did anything to my car I had to back and tell them it still wasnt fixed and then waited another 30 minutes. One guy didnt speak English and the other guy was rude as hell and didnt have any good customer service.

Jeff is great, honest. We go back for everything even though we dont live up the street anymore.

The service tech was very efficient. He repaired two tires and quoted me a price for brake service. Pretty good overall. Needs more space to drive.

Crooks! Said I needed new front end parts for a front end alignment. I had just replaced all the front end parts myself the day before. Charged $30.00 for nothing! Dont trust them! Crooks!

ZERO STARS I have him on camera I will upload the video in a sec. I came for an oil change which takes maximum 30 mins. But I asked them to change the air filter as well. It turned out I had the wrong filter. So the owner disappears for 45 mins and tells he ordered the right filter (which I did not ask for) they change my oil and now I am waiting on them to change my filter. His employees do not speak English. When he arrives back after 45 mins he tried to charge me 60$ for a 20$ oil change and 30 for the filter I guess. He lied and said he reassemble something that’s why it took so long and coast that much. When I caught him in his lie he told me not to come back. I recorded the whole thing

ZERO STARZSo I went and got tires put on my car at h&j wheel and tire in mesquite there awesome but they did not have the specs to do my alignment so I found east side 80$ alignment cool.... I get there they take my car I wait an hour he has me pay and give me my car when I left I noticed it still felt off so I hit the highway to make sure and sure enough its the exact same as when I took it the ripped me off and to top it off I go in my glove box EVERYTHING is moved and flipped upside down not how I had it at all I check it out and my lug lock key is gone my Bluetooth jlabs ear buds gone and a bag of change gone I went back they said I should have checked the car before I left I could have taken the stuff out and be trying to scam them..... back to the alignment I told them it wasnt right they said Ive been gone over 5-10 mins I could have hit a curb or pothole or something and messed it up again and that they are not liable after you drive off

This buisness is under New Management and they are working real hard to getting the customers satisfied and the work is on time with the hrs it takes to doing it right the main thing is safety and doing it right and thats important to me and my family so the prices are fair and time is good and job well done this customer is satisfied. Great job guys

I drove in with my tire literally to the ground thinking they were open because of their open sign that was flashing and the garage was open! As soon as I drive up, a man comes out with a beer and says they’re closed! How about you turn off all your signs and close your garages instead of using your work place as a bar and stop making desperate customers like me think that the place is open!

This is a suspect shop. I brought my car in to replace 3 tires, one of which was smaller than the others, but I trusted the tech when he told me that it wouldnt make a difference. Well, he was wrong in advising that just to make a sale. When I return to ask about the vibration I feel in the steering, two types of wheel weights which is not recommended at all; the only thing they have to tell me is that, We dont warranty used tires and we dont have that size. And walked away. They have no interest in customer satisfaction or appreciation; just how much money they can milk from you. Nothing more......

They had me waiting at this shop for an hour just to tell me they could not fix my brakes when they could have just mentioned that from the moment I walked in. The employee attending us looks like he’s on hard core heroin! The only good thing was the cashier! I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone it is a waste of time and money...

I was charged $15 for a patch up... When I arrived home (2 miles away) it was flat. They took advantage of a 17 year old!!!

Literally got my tire patched up there, and my tire was NOT tightened correctly. As i got on 635 maybe 2 miles from this business my tire rolls off my car causing a huge accident. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I called this place for a specific used tire. Over the phone they told me $35. I go out there and tell the guy I just called about this tire. He sends his guy to grab the tire and when he comes back tells me the tire will be $40. Not the price we discussed, but whatever I don’t have time to waste. The guy putting the tire on tells me I need to move my back tire to the front and put the used tire I was purchasing on the back. He justified his statement by saying it wouldn’t need to be balanced if it’s on the back but if we put it on the front it would be. I told him I wanted the tire I was purchasing on the front, so that’s where he went ahead and put it. I’ll later noticed the tire they sold me was a different tire then I requested. They just didn’t want the different size tire to cause steering issues. In other words, they lied to me about having the correct tire in order to make a few bucks by selling a different used tire. I have heard this company was shady so if you were going to use them just be aware. There are better tire shops around. The little tire shop on Peachtree rd and Lake June Rd. And Oviedo’s on lake June is good for used tires, great for new tires. Have a good day.

What an excellent business to deal with. We couldnt be happier with their professionalism, expert knowledge, and fast service as well as the price.We needed an alignment and new tire and the work was done in about an hour and a half and we were on our way again.And to top it off...friendly.!

I have been a customer for years, now with this new ownership sucks. I just call to get 2 new tires and was treated like I was his ex-girlfriend. I will never buy or recommend anyone to his place, Discount tires is just down the street. Scammers!! This place took payment of $2,500 from us. We proof of our transaction. We have a receipt from their business as well. We took our car in months ago to get repaired. They charged us $2,500 to fix our car and we waited and waited for parts to come in. Finally we went up to his local shop to check up on the car and nothing was done to the car. The owner claimed the mechanic that charges us had left and that he was not responsible for the car anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went there for an alignment, and they tried to upsell me on $300 worth of suspension parts that they said were needed before they could do the alignment. I wasnt sure if they were truthful or not, so I took the car to another shop for another opinion. they pulled the suspension parts to replace them with moog parts that I provided (so I would know they were god quality and I would have a lifetime warranty) and the shop called me to tell me there was NOTHING wrong with the parts on the car, in fact they looked and felt brand new. Eastside tire are a bunch of rip off artists, dont trust anything they say!

Too expensive even to get air

They were honest and great prices.This was my first time and since have been back to have front brakes and a power steering line replaced. So i came back because there was a noise in my front driver side wheel. Now they ssy its my Hub barring assembly n that i need both sides in front done n i need disc drums cause are no good n redo my brakes again. WHAT!!!!! Why didnt he say anything about disc when i went n bought the brakes. They hust kept adding n adding. For all i know, they could have done something to my truck because as i left there last time, the brake light came on but i thought was a glitch since they just did it. WARNING, DONT COME HERE. YOU WILL REGRETE IT. THEY MESS UP UR VEHICLE SO U WILL COME BACK. This place needs to be shut down, crocked, rip offs. I got a hold of my mechanic n its gonna be cheaper n no, dont need to do both if only 1 is in need of repair.
