Im from out of state, and was looking at reviews to get my trucks windows tinted. When I read the reviews Kats had, my choice was made. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Danny. He is very knowledgeable, and pricing was good. I would recommend anyone in the Bakersfield area to go to Danny if you are thinking about getting tints.- There is no seating inside, but Danny had pulled out a chair from the shop that I could sit on well he worked. I had 4 windows and the rear window done, which took a little over 3 hours on a silverado.I couldnt be happier!I travel for work, and to find out there is a warrantyThat covers out of state repairs was a huge plus for me!5 Stars 🌟stars 🌟

Excellent job and a fair price

Cheaper service than any other quote in town for ceramic tint. Almost no bubbles day after tinting even though they can take a few weeks to disappear. Dan is really helpful and explains everything. Really happy with the job performed, I got 4 windows and the rear glass done in 3.5 hours. Would definitely go back.

Kats offers the best bang for your buck with high quality ceramic window tint film. Ive called all over Bakersfield where they provide window tint services. Other places are over price for the high quality of ceramic film that absorbs about 70% of solar energy and some of their competitors are just to cheap that the quality of their film doesnt provide any type of protection what so ever. Hands down the quality and the services that are being provided are A1. I have a Honda thats been tented by him over 2 years and it still looks new. Call to set up your appointment.

Won’t share prices because every vehicle is different, but I called 6 places and he was one of two that answered and got me in hours later. Got back windows tinted with best ceramic film out there, the originator of ceramic film. Took awhile but there are many shops within 100 yards to kill time. By far cheaper than other option and friendly, knowledgeable service. Bring a charged phone for entertainment.

My aunt and uncle referred me here to get the windows on my truck done, and I don’t regret it! He explains everything that you need to know about the pricing, film, and tinting before he starts which is very nice. If you wait longer than the estimated wait time it’s only because he’s making sure he can get as close to perfection as possible. You can’t beat the prices, quality, customer service, or lifetime warranty! I would definitely come here again for any other tinting needs! Plan on bringing my ‘96 back for detailing as well!

I had some tint installed on my Tundra almost a year ago. I had a light tint applied to help keep the truck cooler. It worked great. The difference was really noticeable after coming back to the truck after it was parked in the sun. The uv tint also improved my driving comfort. Dan was really nice to my family and did a great job. Dan, the owner, did my 2017 Honda Civic in about three hours. I was very impressed with the quality of the tint and the workmanship. After looking for tint I came across kats auto tint. Dan was very helpful in finding the best tint for my 1 and half year old during summer months. (Ceramic is the way to go) After having my 2016 camry done, I immediately booked another appointment for my wifes car. Efficent work with no bubbles and no damage to either cars. My Kia Optima has a black interior so this Bakersfield weather doesnt help its like an oven inside. So my Hubby took it to get tinted. First of all, he did an amazing job on both cars hes worked on. Not only were his materials professional grade, hes work is flawless. Its as if the glass came with a tint melded into the window. Best part is that he gives a lifetime warranty, for his work. After 4 years, the work still looks like the day we picked it up from him. Hes also a great guy and a pleasure to do business with.

Kats customer service was excellent being very polite and professional. I got my 3 rear windows done for $100. Took about 2 hours. Great price. The tint job was good enough for me. There were hair thin open spots but I dont mind cause you cant tell anyways.

Cat did an awesome job. When I first bought the vehicle I took it to him but didnt have him do it. I went with another guy and two years later my tint was bubbly and purple. I should have had him do it the first time. My car looks great now.

I was a little nervous getting my car done at any tint shop. Had no idea what I should ask for but Kats Auto Tinting was very helpful. He helped me get the tint that I wanted. I have to say that he did a great job! Id recommend this shop! Even tho its in the ghetto, they get the job done!

I needed tinting for a Honda Accord. The dealer asked $400 for the tinting of the 2 front, 2 back and rear windows. Using the info on yellow pages, I got quotation from five different shops; they ranged from $185 to $250. Kat’s quotation was $190. I decided on $185, however, when nobody answered the phone, I set the appointment up with Kat. He is not only professionally excellent, but also a gentleman, a kind person. The tint turned out perfect, and has a lifetime warranty. I am glad the other $185 shop did not answer the phone, otherwise I would not know Kat.

Great work for a very fair price. I called numerous shops and kats was by far the cheapest. I was quoted anywhere from 320-400 for a top of the line tint film with nanotechnology at other shops, but I got my cars windows tinted at kats for 240.

Kats auto tint provided helpful information that I needed to know about the type of film, warranty, maintenance, installation time. Kats provided information not just to pressure a sale. As he said the install should be a one time install and should be done professionally. I like how he said, you want el cheapo or el bueno With Kats you do not the overhead price either.

I had to keep taking my car back to Dan because there were still bubbles in my film. Dan was very nice but I was very dissatisfied with the way my film came out.
