Customer service is great and the owner is very professional. I really recommend this place; I been doing my taxes for more than 6 years now and I have nothing negative about them. Now they offer Farmers Insurance Service and the agent is very helpful . She took the time to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the service and I really recommend this place.

Bad service all around. Been filing taxes for years and then 2016 came out owing money to the IRS when nothing had changed. We tried going, it was closed when there hours said open from 4-7pm. We had went in at 4:30pm. We also tried calling several times with no answer at all until the 3rd/4th call. Do not recommend at all as the owner tried to say “we did not make any errors.” when there was clearly an error.

Mis Maria owner of taxma is a a professional Thief. My fiance was renting the Backhouse at taxma and Miss Maria was juicing her for the electric bill and gas for 600 bucks a month . Maria has done this for several of years suing the tenants there, when in reality Miss Maria does not take care of the facility when needed to be fixed .she was mad because we had gone to court and she lost because we had enough evidence that Maria did not fix any of the things that we asked her to when we were there,she also has done this to other people that have lived there before, she was so mad that in retaliation she even called CPS on my wife 3 times and if question about the facts I have prove to show and comfirme that what I have wrote is fact and not something made up and on top of it all, the review she has is her own employe that lied on the papers that were suppose to be shown at court so thats also a source that cant be trusted .please be aware of this lady and dont be the next victim.
