I just wanna Say that San Joaquín Accounting always help me every year. They are very Nice and friendly. I honestly feel good going there every year. Rob is very Nice and friendly. He is the one who help me with My income tax and he is very knowledgeable on What he does. He explains every detail. I AM very happy to find this place. I highly recommend San Joaquín Accounting.

I am extremely satisfied with the service Ive received. Not sure about value because I havent felt a need to shop around. Im more concerned about piece of mind than I am about trying to save a few dollars.

I didn’t like my tax preparation made by Rob there, so I reach out to get a second opinion. George a (CPA ) a different place showed me his ( Rob) mistakes. George save me over $1,600 that Rob over seen in his preparations there (SJTS), I explain to Silvia Delgado people get complacent over the years and don’t look out for the client’s benefits. She said “the work was done” so no refund from her”. The work was done wrong, Silva I taught you had more dignity to accept your employee mistake but I was wrong . She said NO! to my refund of $320 that they increase this year compare to last year preparations of $240 ! Plus they want to charge in additional percentage just in case you get audit. Well if you guys do your service (Legally). No need to worry about the IRS . If your income is over 135k this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!. These guys are minor league tax preparations business that don’t look out for your benefit by advising you how to file ( legally).

If I can give zero stars I would, this place is very unprofessional, sloppy and will not give you a call back even if you have left message after message. Then once you show up to talk to someone they stare at you like you shouldnt be there the first year I started with them was good then after that sloppy, unprofessional and you will be unable to get someone who knows what theyre doing or talking about!
