Debra Espinoza will not return calls. Called and left messages for over 2 months. And made me fill out a short form because she’s trying to do less work instead of working for her clients and getting them the best return now we have to re file... Do not go to her.. Irs had to adjust my return...

Really bad experience this year and last year she never gets back to you had me and my wife audit for 2 years in a row by putting wrong information on our tax returns and when we called her she never answers our phone and emails this year we gave her all of our information so she can fax the IRS to fix it and 3 months later IRS sent a letter saying they never received anything so she lied smh overall bad experience with neighborhood tax never again !! Would never recommend this place

Seriously… worst customer service ever. We have left message after message and email after email And nothing, for over 4 months. Whatever was done in office, was wrong, there is still “no record”, on the IRS Website. Have spoke to the IRS and they have no clue what happened.

We have been using their services for years. They are great!
