Excelent place to get your Divorce processed. I called several places and Victors office is the most affordable one. They did a great job. Fast accurate and affordable. I called the County to verify his Licenses since his prices are super affordable and yes, he is fully bonded and licensed in California to provide Paralegal Services. I highly recommend this place. Overall, it was an okay experience. The receptionist was very polite & offered me something to drink. Victor was really busy & was talking to another customer over the phone while preparing my taxes. I felt I had a lot of questions, but Im honestly very shy. He rolled his eyes while answering that customer over the phone & that made me uneasy. I made the mistake of not asking for all the pages of the tax return before signing & did not realized he placed the wrong address until after I left. I went back. He clearly saw me & called a different customer. That customer told him to address me as I had a simple request. He called me back to fix the issue and referred me as a niña little girl. I felt disrespected. He doesnt know me like that.I had quite huge purchases last year that I forgot to mention to him. Ill be giving him a call later.They did give away little cups & balloons for Valentines Day. They are also doing a drawing for a trip. Those were nice gestures.I was charged $85. Make sure you take cash because he seemed annoyed when I tried paying with my card.

I had file taxes with Victor since 2014, All I can say is he is the best. He always gets me the highest refund possible. Love all his staff! SUPPER RECOMMENDED

Due to COVID-19 he’s only doing appointments but I called and he’s accepting walk ins after 2 pm! I was advised that there was gonna be a wait time and cash only at the moment. When I got there i waited like 45 mins but he did my taxes in 10 minutes!!!! Wow! I forgot to take cash and he was kind enough to let me go take cash out at the atm!Coming back next year! I purchased my auto insurance policy over a year ago, and just as they advertise: No downpayment, no charges for changes and no charges for making payments at the office. Office staff is great, they always greet you by your name when you are a regular customer and that is really apprecciated by clients. They are simply wonderful! Best customer service. Showed up with no appointment for 2016 Taxes and Victor immediately took care of me. He explained me alot about how taxes work. Since I had to pay he did the payment arrangement right there and then, he also filled out a form to get the correct amount of taxes taken out from every pay period. At first I was doubting to call or visit, sometimes so many great reviews makes you wonder, but I still decided to call, When I called to make an appointment Yesenia who answered the phone sounded very happy and excited to be doing her job, we scheduled the appointment for a week later and Yesenia was extremely precise on the documents that I was supposed to take to get my income taxes done. On the day of the appointment I received a text message first thing in the morning as a reminder, on the text they were even giving directions on how to get to their office. Upon my arrival I found an extremeally clean office, the smell was so great that I even asked Yesenia what air freshener they use! Their premises are small but very cozy and honestly I have never seen such an organized office as this one, you will not see documents or files all over the place with gives me the peace of mind that my documents and sensitive information is in good hands. Victor is very smart, I was surprised on how informative he is, I learned so much about taxes. Honestly five starts are not enough to describe this place, I was taken care right on time and as a customer that is something that you appreciatte. Mr. Cruz is genuine people. He doesnt over charge and knows his business. My daughter thought she owed the IRS $3,000 as a college student...within 15 minutes, Mr. Cruz had the IRS owing her $63!! Decided to try this place since as you can see they have good reviews but I unfortunately had a bad experience. I made an appointment with in a week. I took my tax documents and dependents info to the appointment but the tax preparer refused to see me or even start the process since I apparently did not have all documents needed including a utility bill? I would have appreciated if when making the appointment or days to the appointment they would have informed me of all documents needed. The same day I went to another tax location and they started my taxes with no problem and I brought them the missing documents the next day. This tax person did not even came out to greet me.

Absolutely love coming here! Best prices in town after being overcharged at other places for the same work! Very friendly! Victor always makes his customers feel like family and always has some exciting story to tell to break the ice and make the appointment go so smooth and comfortable. Okay this place is really easy to miss, so keep your eyes open because i highly recommend it here. If you want your taxes done fast and the right way, you should come here. This is my second year going to Victor, and the whole staff is great. The only thing is you have to call and make an appointment... Oh and one last thing, he told me they now have home owners insurance.
