The four stars is for the online system seems to have a lot of issues.. The workers are great... Never had any problems with personnel.

This is the worst IHSS office ever! They dont answer the phone and when they do they play dumb! Laziest workers ever! They never get your stuff right! Oh and theyll leave you on hold forever then hang up on u! And the supervisor is always on vacation!

They hire workers with no drug test or certification. There workers like Sherae in Boron ca take from the unfortunate.

IHSS LOST MAY PAY CHECK OVER A MONTH AGO AFTER WAITING AND GOING THOUGH ALL THE RED TAPE... STILL NO CHECK IHSS SHOULD BE PENALIZED FOR PUTTING PEOPLE ON THE BACK BURNER LIKE THEY DID ME

Every time I have to go the employees are very friendly and they help me with everything and when you have to talk to a social worker, the wait is not so long.
