This was the second service I called for a green pool. The first company OveanPool service was a rip off. Bakersfield pool solution came out and checked everything all the equipment and explained everything to me. All of the filters were cracked by the previous company. They tested the water which the had to balance because they were so bad by the first company. They did so much more than the others and as they said the water was clear enough to start swimming this is the best pool service with reasonable prices. If u r looking for a really good service. I strongly recommend them. I am so pleased with their work. They check everything and the pool is ready to swim the next day. Love them. Don’t waste ur money on anyone else. I have lived in my house for a year and had no pool knowledge whatsoever i struggled keeping it clean to no avail. I final decided to hire someone but was worried about hiring the right one with so many pool cleaning companies available. Our pool looks the best it has ever has!! When our previous pool service company was sold our pool started to look terrible. We were having nothing but issues. About 8 months ago I spoke with the owner of Bakersfield Pool Solutions who had someone out to our home within a day. They immediately identified the issues we were having and by the end of the month our pool water looked like it did on the day we filled it for the first time. The service gentleman is very knowledgeable and helpful. He provides us updates regularly along with suggestions to keep our pool at its best and safe. If he notices an issue he is very proactive to get it fixed ASAP and he will make recommendations for the most cost effective solution. We have a dog in the backyard and Jose is always very friendly with him. He makes sure he keeps our gate closed as well.So happy we found Bakersfield Pool Solutions.
