I have been using WOW Pest Control for a few years now. They are very knowledgeable of what they do and have no problem of explaining if you have any questions. I live in a area where spiders and bugs are very active due to all the trees we have surrounding us. I hired Wow pest control as my first pest control company, and let me tell you, THEY DONT DISAPPOINT!! I use to see a spider every day in my house... But after using them, now i see little to no bugs at all inside anymore. And when i do see bugs, they are DEAD or halfway dying!! So no more worrying about smashing them alive which i would be so scared of 😫. Now i just sweep them up dead as can be. Thank you guys at wow pest control so much and to my tech RODGER😀 super friendly!! Dont ever change your ways and keep being the great company that you guys are!!

Coming from an individual who is transitioning from student to professional who is self employed as well as employed through another enity just to make ends meet while trying to establish myself i totally get the need to be wise and diligent in regards to finances.When i spoke to Lance i was told that he could speak to management regarding my request to have someone spray for black widows. I have an outstanding balance of $50.00 and will continue to be charged per the 1 year contract. I confirmed that i will be paying and re-establishing my payments sometime shortly after the 2cd and then when i asked to speak to management I was told Well i can make most of the decisions. Ok well this is me now paying ultimately for services that will not be rendered. Wow is an understatement. To look at the entire picture of past payment history to determine any further discretion with business is a pretty common good business measure in my opinion. Who am i to them in a nutshell just a liability. I will say the one star belongs soley to the crew ive seen come to my home they deserve more than that one star. Lance you drove the rest my experience way down.

Just found a big scary looking spider dead in the garage. We just had them spray Wednesday. Sometime i think is it worth the price, but when I saw this dead spider i was glad we got it done. If we hadn’t had them come and spray it likely would be roaming the house and could bite one of my kids.

Every since the first day of service with WOW Pest Control, I have had nothing but love for them. I pay a low price weekly for service, the technician is very courteous and professional and what ever I need done it has never been a problem. The spray that they use will definitely get rid of and kill whatever is pestering you! Also, the spray is harmless against animals and plants.

I didnt think I would ever be so appreciative of a pest company that i would feel compelled to leave a 5 star review but this co. is the BEST I have ever had! I havent even begun my regular scheduled service yet and so far they have come out twice to first kill off a large nest of wasps and then a few wks later yellow jackets moved in and they came out immediately to kill them off as well. I could of had a real problem on my hands if I was still with Clark Pest (who after being a customer for 4 yrs they just told me they didnt see any nest and left it at that....even called a supervisor to come out to look, re: kept seeing them flying, but he said same thing and just left...in the fall i then found a dead wasp nest that had blown off of my roof!...thats when I decided it was time to find another pest co.)....So I am SO glad Clark was so incompetent, because now I have found the BEST pest co. Wow! When we moved into our house we had a problem with big black stink bugs and ants, but our house is bug free. I havent crossed any bugs in weeks. This company really knows how to treat their customers and have helped me understand the importance. Why would I ever want to live with bugs again. Wow the name sais it all, does a great job for my father and makes sure all those cobwebs and bugs are dealt with. I hate ants and now they are dead.
