When I initially made the appointment for KernMosquito to come out to the house they indicated it may take 2 to 3 weeks. Much to my surprise they came out within 8 days of contacting them. I learned a lot about mosquitoes during this 15 minutes. Steven was helpful, polite and professional.

Zero accountability!Bottom line another government agency only interested in building pensions & benefits! I forgot government employees dont actually do, they will give you self-help information. So end of day I had to purchase & execute mosquito controls... still getting bit and attempting to control mosquitos....sad when you think about the financial retirement golden parachute government employees get and we still have to pay again to do their job ourselves. Spent $180 on bug light per their recommendation still biting. All neighbors getting bit and vector couldn’t care any less !

The only service they offer is to tell you to go buy mosquito repellents at the store.

Very informative people about current insect pests in the area and how to control them. The staff dentified samples we brought in. I had no idea that the new(to this area) Aedes mosquito could live in mud.

Website was not very helpful. Seemed like it AVOIDED much of the information that and many others needed and actually appeared to purposely not allow for public comment and questions.

The lady on the phone did not want to help us at all with the mosquito problem she just kept making up excuses instead of making an effort to do her job and help the community they came out and sprayed the gutters they didnt leave any flyers on the door or spray the alley ways or side yards very disappointed our gutters are dry and clean so it was pretty much pointless
