We called for a quote and assessment. We were informed they had a backlog of work, would try to come out in the next couple of days. We were ok with that, but moved forward with getting quotes from other providers. It is standard practice to get multiple quotes when doing home repairs, or maintanence. Apparently this was unacceptable to Breanne, because when she arrived another serivce was present doing an assesment of our situation. She had a fit, started yelling about wasting her time, and wasting everyones time. She proceeded to storm out of our back yard, and SLAM our gate. Completely unprofessional. The other serivce provider presnet and my wife were both embarresed for each other by her behavior. We were also informed by Breanne the they were the only company that did removal and repairs locally, this was found to be untrue throughout this process.

We had a bee infestation... they did show up quick so I give them props for that. But..1) came in & out like a boomerang2) didn’t look prepared3) attitude was bad4) tried to explain where the bees are, didn’t want to listen, so they left on a dime.We called another bee guy.. he came & did the job start to finish & was prepared. We told him about these guys & he said “we’re the 3rd Client to tell him about these same guys.” Looks like a reoccurring issue.This was our experience. Up to u if u want to hire these guys based on our experience.

Called Kern County Bees because we had a hive about the size of a volleyball in our backyard. The Bee Gal answered immediately and answered all my questions, she was even able to get us in that same day. The removal was quick and smooth. True professional and my husband and I loved hearing/learning more about bees. I would highly recommend.
