Great delivery and professional

Ordered heavy item from tractor supply got shipping confirmation on date and time frame of delivery, no delivery or attempt to communicate with me that item wouldn’t be delivered do to not having a truck with lift gate, communication is key, took time off work and rented appliance dolly waiting at home with no updates very, very unprofessional, plan your shipping ahead so there wouldn’t be delays on getting items to customers, sounds like incompetent management running this place. I’m pretty sure the 5 star review with prior people is irrelevant to this delivery service.

This has got to be the worst freight company!!! They had my crate for almost 3 weeks and Ive had 4 different scheduled delivery dates and they always come up with various excuses as to why they cant deliver. Today I had a scheduled from 5:30 - 6:30 and they called to see if the driver can deliver almost 4 hours early, I said no because no one was home.I told her no one is home during the week until 5 and she came up with a lame excuse saying they dont deliver out in my area that late but keep in mind my previous scheduled deliveries were all from 5:30 - 7:30 except for 1 and that was 1:30 - 5:30 so what changed?Ive taken off work 1day for them to attempt to deliver and still nothing so why would I take off for another day.Now I told them to return my crate to the sender or I am having the sender find a different freight company.

If I could give lower I would. Pick up was scheduled for today and for some reason the pick up was not dispatched to the “Hub” the corporate office was not able to get a hold of them to fulfill their obligations
