Worst shipping company ever, ordered dog food which is perishable. It was shipped with overnight shipping. Delivery day was August 3rd, today it’s the 5th and still no delivery. Main office in AZ claims, they can’t get a hold of the Bakersfield location. Not to mention that the tracking says it arrived August 3rd at 7:48am in Bakersfield. By now the food is spoiled and all you can do it’s throwing it away. It’s not the first time that they don’t deliver on time. By the way now the tracking says it will be delivered today. That food it’s out at 100+ degrees for 3.5 days, almost 4 days. Get ready for getting that package back to your location, so it can stink up your office, if it ever arrives. Enjoy

I received a notification claiming my package has been delivered. Nowhere in sight. No doorbell, knock, anything. I haven’t seen so much as a delivery person drive by.

By far the most useless carrier service available useless always late by weeks. Currently waiting on 3 packages that were suppose to arrive the 4th and have another package being held because its damaged. I wish Amazon, Walmart, etc etc would stop using this because its everything but OnTrac and on time.

I ordered a package for next day delivery. When the driver arrived my surveillance camera recorded the driver just sitting in the van. They didnt even attempt to make a delivery or follow the delivery instructions. When I called they said the package was going to be delayed another day becuase the driver had toruble finding the address. I dont know why companies still use ontrac as their delivery service

The OnTrac driver was too lazy to drive up our driveway to leave my Amazon Prime package at our house. No, the drive left the package at the end of our very long dirt driveway, right next to the busy road. Right where anyone could stop and pick it up, not necessarily the rightful owner. Also, right where the package could easily be run over in the dark. Fortunately, we saw the package before it was stolen or run over, and also fortunately, the package was not filled with expensive merchandise. This, however, does not relieve the driver of his responsibility in safely delivering the package to us. We have never had any problems with either USPS or UPS, and accordingly, I have notified Amazon of this careless act, and have instructed them to put a restriction against OnTrac from ever delivering another package to us.

They said they have tried to deliver my package twice and they couldnt get through the gate! Thats a whole lie! I have cameras and the first time it shows them driving by not even pulling in our drive way and second time they never even showed but said they tried and couldnt get through gate and Ive been trying to get someone on the phone and I just keep hearing this recording but none has actually answered for over an hour!

I ordered a package from Best Buy on November 7th, and asked that it be delivered on November 13th. On the morning of November 12th, I get a notification saying the package will be arriving by 8:00 PM. Nothing came; that was okay though because I actually had a busy day so I was in and out of the house and was relieved they didnt try to deliver it.Yesterday, the tracking updated to say the package was being delivered by 8:00 PM. I had the front door open and my security gate open the entire day, and pretty soon it got dark. After a homeless person started yelling at someone unseen as he went past my house, I went and locked the gate, which was around 6:30 or so, but left the front door open. I kept checking the tracking, the door, and my yard but never saw a vehicle nor heard a person.I began to shut down for bed around 11:30, and decided to check my tracking, expecting to see an update of a delay and it will come today. Much to my dismay, it read, Delivered at FRONT DOOR. I do not live in a safe area, and here I was 12:00 am outside looking for a package that I never found. I have no idea where this person dropped it, if in fact they dropped it off at all I dont think they did. I even checked the side gate which leads to other units behind me, and saw nada. I even looked outside today hoping may be I didnt see where he put it, but nothing is out there.Had to contact Best Buy for a refund, and this is really my last straw with Ontrac. Every time I have had to deal with a driver, they never ring the door bell, never announce they are there or have dropped a package, and99.9% of the time they put a heavy package in front of my screen to where I cant get out or retrieve the package. I ordered my grandsons major Christmas gift from Tully’s on Dec 9 ir was picked up in Orange County on December 10 it is now December 20 and it is still in transit. Orange County is 158 miles from my house can anyone explain how it takes 10 days plus to go 158 miles? Ordered a package from Amazon. Was notified that it was delivered on my phone. Within 10 minutes I went outside to get it and could not find it anywhere. My husband also searched for it too. Contacted OnTrac and talked with a man who said he would get back with me within an hour. Nothing. Called the next afternoon and talked with another man. He said the same thing, he would call back within an hour. Again nothing. Called the next day and spoke with a woman. She said that the GPS showed it was delivered to the right house and was put behind the gate. There was never any pkg anywhere near the gate or on the property at all. She said that they would not have anymore info until Mon (spoke with her on Sat.).Monday came around no word. This is Thurs and no word. Amazon was very helpful and replaced the products. I had another pkg delivered yesterday. The gate was wide open and they just left it out on the driveway barely off the road. There was complete access to my front porch with no problems. This company and their service is horrible.

Their shipments never arrive on time. I have three packages that are currently 9 days late and I’m still not sure when I’ll get them. UPS and FedEx are way better.

My package is extremely late! Did OnTrac lose it? Is it damaged? It has been almost 2 weeks since it was ordered. According to the tracking details it was shipped from an area less than 3 hours southeast of me, to an area a little over an hour north of me, and has been in my city for a week. I have emailed several times with no response, and have attempted to reach someone via customer service and wait times are extremely long (2-3+ hours long) and the one time I called and it claimed I only had a 12 minute wait, it ended up being almost 45 minutes before I needed to hang up and go to work. There is no reason I shouldnt have that package already or should at least be able to pick it up because OnTrac delivery service cant handle timely deliveries.

Ive had 50 or so packages delivered to my previous apartment, houses and even office by OnTrac over the years. Ive never had any issues with them.I work in exports and Id be willing to bet a large quantity of money that most of these people complaining about late deliveries did not provide adequate delivery information. (apartment numbers, gate codes, business names, suite numbers etc. etc.) OnTrac routinely delivers my packages on time and early. Just put the correct address on there and youre all set.

My Amazon Prime order has been out for delivery for 2 days, now hoping they can deliver tomorrow, day 3! I hope Amazon can get their act together and get us some reliable delivery. Definitely start with dumping OnTrac!

Ive ordered three times through Fashion Nova and each time, they sent me through OnTrac. At first, I was really wary of them because I saw the reviews and got nervous that I wasnt going to get my package but Ive had three good experiences with them. The first time, I called them and there was one time I was on hold for 20 minutes but each time, the employees did all they could do to help answer my questions and always made sure all my questions were answered.The last two times, my package has arrived a day early so it was really exciting to get the email that my package was out for delivery when I didnt even expect it to be in the state. Im satisfied with how OnTrac works.

Ive been really impressed with their timely delivery....always before 10:30am and for a very reasonable price compared to other options. I always choose OnTrac when it is available. Ive used them over 35 times and never been disappointed.

First time receiving a package delivered by OnTrac. My prime package arrived on the day it was supposed to, but after 8pm, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The manner in which it was delivered was no different than with USPS or UPS (each one will place the package on my doormat which is ok for me).I was stressing because I read all of the negative reviews but things turned out better than expected. However, Im not sure I would risk having them deliver in the future until I see more positive reviews.

My best hope is seeing this company going out of business. After that, we will see that amazon using a different carrier, at least USPS to deliver our packages. Every GPS shows my address, zero confusion there, but OnTrac driver cannot find it. Dont send anything with this company, they have a very bad reputation.

About three times a week I see one of your drivers with the OnTrac logo right there on the side of the van nearly double the speed limit while going down our residential street. Not a good look.

Use to work for them about 5 years ago. I know it may not be the best choice in other areas but I know in the Boise-TF area they were working on pushing up the ratings and doing more for the customers. They also deliver items that other carriers wont such as tires. Had an engine block come Vancouver and was very pleased when it arrived. I know change doesnt come overnight but at least theyre working on it.

If you want your packages to be delivered late, or even disappear completely? Is waiting on hold for over an hour for help from customer service your idea of fun? Then OnTrac is the service for you! Seriously though they have awful service, rude delivery people, items are delivered late or to the wrong address. When I have a choice I would never choose OnTrac. Hopefully they can straighten out their act and give FedEx and UPS a run for their money in the future.

Amazon Prime package arrived in town early in the morning and was “Out for delivery” all day, but never delivered that day. Was finally delivered close to 5PM the next day. Their drivers have also twice ignored the obvious sign on our door asking them not to knock as my husband works nights, we have barking dogs, and a two month old baby. UPS and FedEx never seem to have problems with this.

I suppose to get a package deliver Friday and I didn’t get it so I went in checked and it says delivery attempted failed because business was closed timing was 11pm nite oh duh business should be closed before that . What a stupid guy attempting to deliver midnight when people are going to bed or going home after the close their business.Amazon should ban this delivery service or at least mention if it’s going to deliver through them .

Get an email saying my package was delivered, come home from work like 2 hours later and there is no package. I think ‘wow, great some loser stole my package’... NOPE, OnTrac just marked it as delivered when it wasn’t. Sure enough about 30 minutes after arriving home (2 an 1/2 hours after the email) OnTrac shows up with my package. I cringe every time I order from Amazon and they choose OnTrac for delivery!!!

I work in Lancaster and the driver that delivers to us is so rude and just throws the box’s and walks out it’s a older man always unable to get his name and gets in his van very unprofessional

Ive read many bad reviews stemming from OnTrac shipping - Ive had two expensive PC parts shipped through them (not by choice) and both have come either on time or early without any damage. Their website allows for prompt updates of package processing (from distribution check in to door step delivery). I had never heard of OnTrac prior to these two interactions, but I can say; Dont believe the hype based off of the negative reviews. Rest easy. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was due to Saturday delivery not being available for Amazon Prime customers (from their 2 day shipping timeframe, or free shipping).

This company has the worst costumer service I waited for 15 minutes to talk to someone and then the moment I told them my tracking number they hung up on me. They also have had my package for 4 days and I havent received it even though it has been out for delivery every one of those days. And all they say is that their drivers dont have any particular order for packages to be delivered, its all ridiculous. I hope amazon never ships one of my packages through them again.

Anytime I see than Amazon has shipped via OnTrac, I cringe. Many times over it will arrive locally on time, then it will be “out for delivery” for days on end. Sometimes a full 7 days goes by before it finally makes it to my house. Do the delivery guys walk? Are they on bicycle? Never have I ever had a shipping company bust their butts the way OnTrac does. I have been having regular shipments delivered through them for over a year now and they have always taken care of me. Horrible customer service cant get a hold of them to schedule a pickup because they say my package is undeliverable because of a wrong address. The address is also correct and this is the first time Ive ever had a problem shipping a package here. I have currently been on the phone for 20 min and have just been waiting on hold.

Out of 7 deliveries, 3 have been lost and 2 were 4 days past the promised dates. Amazon is losing $$$ what these people managed to lose. Lie and say road closures or weather and its not true.

OnTrac must be more of an ironic name, or a little joke. They’ve delivered late, lost packages, and lied about dropping things off. Just today I was supposed to get a package. Apparently they delivered it around noon. I was home. No package. No barking from my dog, who lives to bark at delivery drivers.I called their 800 number. They can’t help me, they told me to contact Amazon (I’m a Prime member, like many other reviewers).So, either they dropped it off at the wrong address (I searched the whole complex. Nothing), or maybe the driver just kept it for themselves?They’re the absolute worst. Their local office number has been disconnected, too, so I can’t call and ask where my stuff is.

This would be ZERO stars if it would let me. I ordered a folding bed through Amazon and it arrived THREE days late. I had to call numerous times. They told me the driver had it for all three days and never brought it. I asked the driver why it was not delivered three days earlier. She said it was not her problem and that someone else was to blame. Terrible company and I can not believe Amazon partners with them.

Recommend ups or FedEx over this. Heck the USPS is more honest in their commitments. Over night, 2 day. They mean it. My husband and I placed two separate orders from Amazon. Instead of the driver walking up our drive way he placed my husbands package in our mailbox. Which really is not a big deal, considering it was a small package. My package on the other hand was not small. The driver was to lazy to walk up the driveway and place the box on my doorstep. He leaned it up against our mail box, which is located on the street. Luckily we heard him and got to the package before someone stole it. Why not drive or walk up my driveway, UPS, FedEx and my Mail carrier does.

First experience with these guys, I live in a gated community and our gates are out of order for maintenance, we had new ones installed and theyre still working out the kinks. My package wasnt delivered because the driver didnt have the gate code. I called as soon as I got the email stating thats a lie, we technically dont have gates and if he were to actually been to my place he would see theres nothing preventing access. They must be a very cheap company for anyone to keep them employed. Looking at reviews from different areas around the west coast and all are under 2 stars. I called Amazon and told them what they had did and I could provide proof the driver is lying but they just said sorry and ontrac didnt do anything either. I am picking up my own package incase there is also damage to it since this company just likes to lie.

My daughter and I came across an ontrac driver today on my back from the walmart off overland, the speed limit there is 45 and he was going at least 60 and nearly hit my daughter when we were crossing the street to meet my wife, unbelievable that these people are allowed to drive.

I ordered 4 items for a gift off Amazon Prime... made sure I had two day shipping so it would get here in time for the event. 3 of the items came by UPS right on time. The fourth one was to be delievered by OnTrac. It arrived in Boise at 8am the same time as the UPS ones did, and was scheduled for delivery by 8pm . Yet OnTrac kept my package at their warehouse, just sitting there. On the tracking, it literally shows “package arrived at a carrier facility” at 8:00am and there has been no update for the rest of the day. Amazon contacted them and OnTrac is saying I will probably be waiting 3 to 4 more days. My package is in the same town as I am. ...just chillin’. For three more days. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Worst reviews I have ever seen also. I don’t know why Amazon even has these guys on a contract.

Boise is a 5 1/2- 6 hours driver to Spokane, where I live! Ontrac with show an item was scanned to be out for delivery and less than 2 hours later it shows my item was delivered. Now unless they’re traveling plane from Boise to my house, magically delivering an invisible box, and going home..... they’re just to lazy to make the drive to Spokane and have stolen my items! ONTRAC has consistently missed my 2-day Amazon Prime shipping delivery dates. My latest Amazon order they lost in shipping, and the order before that was stuck on their delivery truck for days stating that it was out for delivery.! Unacceptable performance, avoid ONTRAC unless they can fix their issues.

I ordered a package thru Amazon on Friday February 26 2018. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday February 28 2018. My Amazon account said it was delivered on Wednesday but the package was never delivered. Its now Friday March 2 and I still dont have my package. Leo, who is apparently a manager at ontrac. Who was driving very recklessly down my street while i had my kids playing out side in meridian. I will no longer be doing buisness with ontrac what so ever. Clearly they have very poor managment and core values, very unprofessional and down right dangerous. I had a Friday delivery guarantee. The tracking showed it was on truck and out for delivery at 8am. Come 9pm, nothing was delivered. Everytime I call Ontrac I have to wait 10min on hold. All they can tell me is, well call you back and never do. Since it is now Saturday, Ontrac doesnt delivery on Saturday. So I have to wait Im hopes of getting my package. That is if they havent lost it.Ontrac needs to go out of business. I blame Ontrac but I blame Amazon more. They chose to use Ontrac and continue to even with countless complaints.

On March 21st I placed an online order at a retail store that supposedly had 2 day shipping. Well the retail store had the package sent out that day. Its was scanned in the facility 2 times on March 22nd. Since then there has been no activity and the 25th. In the future if I order online and its shipped by OnTrac I wont make the purchase. Ontrac is the worst delivery service ever. Why Amazon continues to use them is beyond me. I would also give them zero stars if the review would let me. I ordered something from Amazon Prime (2 day delivery) on Tuesday - 8/8/17. It shipped that day and arrived early Thursday - 8/10/17 at Ontrac. They easily should have been able to put on truck and delivered that day. But what do they do? Reschedule for next day. Goes out for delivery on Friday - 8/11/17. Nothing Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Finally deliver on Monday - 8/14/17. Needed item by Saturday. Will be sending back to Amazon. Ontrac dont even reply to status updates. Its crazy how they are still in business with their delivery record and poor customer service. Do not use them if you have any other option. Disappointed.

Ive had a few packages delivered by Ontrac. One they delivered to at least two wrong addresses with the same package two days in a row. Other times they leave expensive boxes right beside my door in an unsecure fashion. I complain and they just do the same thing over and over. Avoid this company!

AMAZON customers: Be aware that you can request to have Ontrac deprioritized (moved to the bottom of the list for carriers used to deliver your orders) simply by contacting Amazon and letting them know you have problems with their delivery. I wish Id known this sooner! Ive had three experiences with Ontrac now, NONE of which have been good and this last one just being TERRIBLE. First couple of times my packages were simply late. This time they suddenly have problems with my address, suggesting its not complete. Ive lived in the same house for well over a year and have received a lot of packages. My street is not new and can be easily found on Google Maps. Mail is delivered here every day. UPS and FedEx travel my street every afternoon and deliver to me without any problems what-so-ever. The problem has nothing to do with my address and everything to do with their company. Their 1-800 number claims to have customer service available Mon-Sat up until midnight. I have yet to get someone to answer my call--just time wasted sitting on hold. Hopefully Amazon will end their contract with Ontrac soon.

After reading all the reviews of the companys poor delivery record, I was VERY hesitant that my package would arrive on the scheduled date. However, my package from Amazon Prime was delivered on the scheduled date and the carrier left it at my door so I didnt have to worry about tracking it down. I live in Nampa so perhaps there is a different franchise there. Hopefully they will continue this shift in service since ALL the other reviews were negative. Im glad they left it at the door unlike UPS who often just leaves me a little sticker and then I have to go track down my package. Perhaps they have improved their service or gotten new staff members to make sure that stuff gets delivered. My review was only 4 stars instead of 5 since I was very worried based on the other negative reviews. If I ever get another package delivered by them and it works great Ill update to 5 stars.

My package was guaranteed to arrive on the 26th by 8pm. It did not. The tracking service says it arrived in Boise on schedule, but not my residence. Judging by this experience, and the experience of the other reviewer, this company is not very good. Or at least the local branch is not. Too bad.

ONTRAC states the package was delievered to my address. It was not. I was home all day and nothing has arrived. Nothing was delievered to any of my neighbors either. They either stole it or delievered it far past my address. So utterly mad that Amazon uses this theivery of a delivery service. Never use OnTrac! Avoid at all costs!

On the 30th at 6am the package arrived in Boise, and the whole day goes by without the package being delivered or the arrival date changing online, hopefully tomarrow. And dont bother trying to call, you have to use the corporate number and I was never able to reach a real person after 15-20 minutes of being on hold.

Delivery scheduled for 7-26, scanned in Boise then status changed to REDELIVER ON NEXT BUSINESS DAY (27th) on the 27th status changed to REDELIVER ON NEXT BUSINESS DAY (28th) called to ask and was told it was delayed due to traffic caused by accident on the 26th, then it wasnt delivered the 27th due to being backed up from the accident on the 26th... now they say it will be delivered the 28th.... we will see

Worst delivery company ever. So sick and tired of damaged packages, not keeping their delivery dates promise, and driving like they just robbed a bank through our neighborhoods. I will re-think purchasing amazon products after having so many horrible customer service experiences.

Hands down, the absolute worst carrier to ever be contracted by Amazon. They could run a master class on exactly what not to do in the package delivery industry.

Ordered a package from Amazon it was to be here yesterday. I was on hold 20 min yesterday afternoon and no one picked up. on hold again today listening to their recording telling me to go online. If I go online it tells me the same thing it did yesterday...Hello I want to talk to someone. Use Fed ex or even USPS..Update after 20 min on hold for customer service I called the nmber to schedule a package.. After 23 min on hold they could not help me and trasfered me to the right dept. Well of course I was cut off. WORSE customer service ever...

I ordered a week ago from Amazon and its being delivered by Ontrac, it still hasnt arrived. Tracking shows it to arrive today.

They leave box right in front of door visible from street side!!!!...my porch is such that you can place packages out of sight. Pony up driver

It sounds like they shouldn’t have a contract through amazon if they can’t pull through. My experience has been the same as many others, it took 4 days to do the “2 day” shipping.

Horrible tracking. Didnt get my package to me on time because Im pretty sure they didnt feel like it when I live five minutes from their warehouse where I eventually picked up my package. Avoid at all costs and hopefully Amazon cancels their contracts

I’m sick and tired of watching these guys literally stand in my driveway and throw my packages at my glass front door. Too lazy to take five steps and set the package on my doorstep.

They send me an email saying my package was delivered but I never received it. I waited all day for it. I email them but nothing. Their phone number dont work either.

Third time receiving an Amazon package from this company. Once again it is late and I suspect it will be damaged as well because that is how the rest of my packages arrived.

This is by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever used. Used Amazon Prime 2 day shipping guaranteed. On my 4th day now and still no package. Never had a single issue with UPS, and this is the first I’ve ever had to use OnTrac for anything. Terrible service, use UPS!

How in the world is OnTrac still in business? And why does Amazon still contract with these people? Terrible is the way to describe this company!
