I have dealt with many title companies in Bakersfield, los angeles, san bernardino, ohio, texas so far. This is the worst title company I have dealt with so far. Especially the lady, Olga Jacinto at Chicago title. She dont have any professionalism, accountability, courtesy, appreciation at all. She thinks she is only the person working and busy, thats how naive she is. Of course crazy! She doesnt answer the calls, voice messages, emails properly. And even when responding or initiating conversation no professionalism, and no respect at all.

I have been using these guys for years and they are awesome! All of them from the managers to the escrow and title officers, to the reps, are beyond helpful no matter what you need. They are honest and expert and super responsive!

Rude staff but to be fair the blonde male receptionist was on lunch. Of the 2 employees we encountered, both were not properly wearing their mask. Its unfortunate that this business looks down on you for not dressing like rich people when you are there to sign papers to sell your house to someone else...

Adriana has always been so very helpful! She is amazing and I choose to send her every escrow I can to open. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She speaks Spanish too!

We used Chicago Title when we were in escrow and Im more than happy with the service we received. They were very communicative and were always able to accommodate us as quickly as possible. We were able to get same day appointments every time and they helped us get our paperwork sorted quickly while still making sure we got all of the information we needed.

Not professional at all call 4 times left message and 2 day later the call me backThey lost some paperwork and my cashiers check tank god I had receipt, my loan officer and my realtor keep calling them to see what was going on why we were closing if everything was sign and ready and they just told them that they where going close on October 18 when everything was scheduled to October 2 and they just stop answering there call now I’m stuck living in a hotel and renting a storage because i gave my 1 month notice to my land lord If I have to wait on till October 18 to get the house I’ll have to spend in additional 3500 in hotel, storage,U-Haul buying a house should be a happy time but this is a nightmare and now im homeless

If I could give a 0 star I would. ZERO COMMUNICATION. Staff is also super rude! They really should get retraining there attitudes and tone in how they talk to customers is beyond condescending and rude!!!

Very hard to get hold of people working here. Try calling them and you reach their voice messages which they hardly return. I would prefer dealing with Placer Title or any other company for that matter.

Our escrow officer, Keleigh Nava, was very professional and handled our escrow with care. The lender, which was from a company in Tehachapi, was a complete nightmare and made the situation pretty stressful for the buyers and us (the sellers) and Keleigh was always trying her best to help, explain things and to get the escrow closed as soon as she was able to. The lender constantly spoke negative to the buyers and blamed every problem on everyone but himself and Keleigh was the complete opposite. She was positive, had great communication and clearly knows her job well. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Look out for additional fees that have no explanation, other than stating other fees. They drag their feet as they know the seller is the one that continues to pay interest not them. The manager is very unprofessional and does not take responsibility for the poor service!
