Lorena and Tammy were very helpful when we were trying to find both long term and short term employees. They took the time to learn about the culture of our workplace before sending out candidates and that really helped. Both employees were great! I would definitely use CFS again in the future.

Lorena at CFS had a genuine care for staffing me at the right company but also made sure the company was provided the best candidate. I worked with other staffing agencies over the last few months and none provided the attention and results Lorena did. I would go back to her but I do not think I will ever leave my new company so I must recommend her to everyone.

I had an enjoyable interview with Eddie and Marina at CFS. A week later I was called by Erica at CFS with an interview opportunity at an excellentlocal company. Erica was helpful in preparing me for the interview in sending me things to go over and read. The day of the interview, I was offered the position I interviewed for and went into CFS that afternoon to do the paperwork. Tammy, Toya, Erica, Marina, and Eddie at CFS have all been friendly, helpful, and professional. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

I went in for an Interview and was told about an opening that Adrienne wanted to place me with immediately. I filled out all her paperwork she gave me and then went home. It has been 3 weeks now and I still havent heard from her. Ive sent several emails and have called several times and havent received an answer back yet. I have never experienced such disregard from a company before in my life. DO NOT USE THIS STAFFING COMPANY!!!!!

This place is a horrible placement company. They work for us, but you will see that ultimately they care less about you and more about the customer. Unless you are absolutely desperate you can waste time and register with them. But there are so many companies in Bakersfield use CFS as a last resort. And if possible avoid working with Tammy and Erica M.
