I think only one 4-year-old review is not all that helpful. Id like to see others. Nonetheless, I live here and dont expect for my family to have any problems with this business. Theyre the only one I know of for miles around, so heres hoping theyd have some 5-star ratings as well.As for helpfulness for me, they were very helpful when I signed up some years back.

The Neptune Society seemed like a perfect choice, all inclusive and a very reasonable price. Granted it was the holidays as my father-in-law passed away on Christmas Eve. But we were all in town from out of state trying to handle affairs. The Neptune Society took their sweet time with cremation and getting death certificates. They werent willing to help us out at all since we couldnt stay in California for weeks on end. Then the lady (not sure her name) tried to take MORE money from us. She claimed my father-in-law weighed over 300 lbs and so there would be an additional charge of $261. When we told her the coroners office has he weight down as 250 lbs, she let it go. She was trying to get more money out of us during a difficult time by assuming we would just pay all fees and not question anything. They caused more of a headache than anything and I wouldnt recommend this location during your time of need. They obviously dont care about you losing a loved one, just how much money they can get out of you.
